Blanchard Louis

Just spent 4 Nights in the Marais apartment of Louis Blanchard and have only positive things to report on the entire experience. Monsier Blanchard communicated clearly, consistently and quickly! He arranged a greeter for myself and my daughter at the airport, was waiting for us at the property even though our arrival was delayed. He offered his complete assistance w/reservations in the area and and recommendations. He very graciously walked me around the neighborhood to point out the best bakeries, coffee etc and I must note while doing this MANY random shop keepers and patrons called out to say hello to him (he is obviously well loved) I will add I never gave him a deposit ahead of time, only upon arrival, (he didn’t require one) I trusted him when I made the reservation due to the positive reviews (recent)that I read. I now see an old 2017 review that is completely inconsistent with my experience and have to think it must have been some sort of miscommunication. And another talking about a “shady” deposit refund. The seems unfair. He did show up and give you cash when it sounds like he was covering for another person who was responsible for that! He deserves credit for that. So that’s all! I come from Hawaii and there are unfortunately 1000’s if illegal vacations rentals there. All I can say is Monsier Blanchard was an embassedor to Paris in my visit to France and if I ever return I won’t hesitate to contact him because he made it very clear that it would be his pleasure !

We have interacted with Louis and rented his apartments several times over a number of years. He is such a nice man, and personally invested in providing a wonderful experience. Last week we stayed at Residence Beaubourg, and have stayed there before. The apartment has lovely beamed ceilings nd is perfectly located. Merci Beaucoup Louis!
