konnect

This is a strange review. I opted to use this service just before Christmas and paid the initial deposit. But then due to some horrible errors with their admin processes, I decided that it's risky to get a service from them. I also had given up on getting back my initial deposit.I must say i received the deposit back. I will also say that if I pushed again to get a faster connection I will go with Konnect. I only hope that they have improved their processes that frustrated me to the point of pulling out of the order.It's an honourable company in my reckoning and worth doing business with and have a good product. Three stars as I couldn't fully use the Internet connection so leaving room to add more stars if I go with them eventually.
