Yesterday, I showed up with my reservation made through a broker to the Hertz French side and the desk manager refused to accept my Mastercard credit card under the excuse that was not a valid card. The real reason is that their competitors ran out of vehicles, and the rate that I got through the broker was too low to satisfy her greedI am a Hertz gold member, and I have that same credit card in my profile as the primary method of payment. Right after the incident, I went to the Hertz desk on the swiss side, and the agent confirmed the validity of my credit card. They only had a mini van available at a very high rate. I

To start with, a hertz rep lied to me over the phone and told me my reservation was confirmed when it really was cancelled. I was dumb enough to take her word for it and found out when I got here I no longer had a reservation. Instead of the car I reserved I was given a car that was unsafe for the distance I was traveling.

Upon my arrival into BSL, I had several question regarding rates, availability and Basel locations for a future rental. Emanuela was extremely helpful with all my inquiries. She was very polite and professional, wrote everything down for me, then gave me a Hertz card with direct contact numbers. As a result, I later rented from the Basel SBB location.

Pongo una estrella porque no me deja poner-1000. Son unos ladrones. Tenía pagado mi coche desde hacía meses,y al llegar al mostrador mi tarjeta de débito no la quieren para la fianza. No me han dado ninguna solución. He tenido que alquilar otro coche en otra compañía claro.Ladrones
