J'ai récemment pris un minibus Titus Taxi pour aller de la gare de Lyon à Chamonix et je suis très satisfait de mon expérience. Nous avons été accueillis par un chauffeur professionnel qui s'est assuré que tout était prêt pour notre voyage avant le départ et nous a guidés tout au long du trajet. Le van était moderne, spacieux et élégant, offrant tout le confort et le luxe dont nous avions besoin.

Having booked and prepaid for the airport transfer through Titus taxi we were advised on arrival that the prepaid fare was a minimum and that we would be put on a metered tariff. I complained that the whole point of prepaid booking was to avoid a situation such as this and that Titus set the price and I had agreed. If there was an issue we should have known beforehand not when we are getting into the taxi. They were trying it on. Titus then cancelled our return to the airport and gave a nice sarcastic response. Truly an unpleasant, unprofessional company to do business with. Beware as they have demonstrated poor service that is dishonest and deceptive. I would not recommend Titus Taxi
