Attente en caisse interminableUn monsieur décide d ouvrir une caisse après 10 longues minutesEt caissière non réactive…!!Le jeudi 2 novembre au matinJe comprend l attente mais des gens qui restent un quart d heure pour retrouver une carte de fidélité pour gagner 3 cacahuètes en remise alors que moi je prends un produit à 319 € chaussures sportiva sans boîte et sans emballage pour un cadeau !!!!Surtout que à la base les sportiva sont vendues avec leur boîte d origines!!!!A bon entendeur salutAu plaisir d aller chez décathlon la prochaine fois !!

Opinion assez mixte sur ce Chullanka. Certains vendeurs sont très compétents mais il y a des stagiaires (de collège ou de lycée) qui ne s'y connaissent absolument pas et fainéants. On vient justement à Chullanka pour avoir des renseignements sur des articles très coûteux - avoir à faire à des stagiaires les bras ballants ne convient pas.

Très bonne écoute de la part des vendeurs.Pro pour les conseils.Pas mal de choix et possible de commander si pas disponible.Au top.

Super magasin de sport , très bien conseillé pour l'achat d'un baudrier par une jeune vendeuse très expérimentée et très accueillante .Dommage que les prix sont un peu élevés .

Un amis nous a donné l'adresse ; et bin c'est une bonne adresse !Vendeurs qui conseillent ; vraiment ; qui passent du temps ; qui sont aimables, la fille a la caisse sympa aussi ...Seul bémol, les prix sont assez élevés. Ne connaissant pas bien le milieu du matériel de sport, je ne sais pas si ces prix sont justifiés, ce que je sais par contre c'est qu'en général, tu en as pour ton fric ... Donc le moins cher n'est pas toujours la meilleure idée.Et pis je crois que des chaussures de rando ca supporte mal la médiocrité !!Bonne adresse quand même je crois !!

Personnel professionnel, disponible et très agréable. Petit bémol sur le rayon petit accessoire randonnée (feuilles de savon, serviettes, sifflets..) qui ne devrait pas être vide en pleine saison.

Personne compétent mais pas aimable . Si besoin de renseignements ne pas demander à la caisse car réponse de la caissière : je suis caissière pas vendeuse!!! En plus ne courent pas vers le client. Et quand on demande on dérange!! A fuir

I was very disappointed by my last experience there! I have waited for 2 months and I went there twice and in the end it was totally disappointment...In June I bought a pair of sandals, 3 weeks later the left one started to fall apart, nothing serious, just the bottom part came out. I think it was not glued very well from the beginning. I mention that I took good care of them, I wore them only a few times, not everyday, etc. Even when I got there, the store assistant noticed that they were very well maintained and I told him that I like the sandals very very much, I thought about adding some glue at home, but since the commercial glue may not be the best option, maybe they can recommend something better or they can fix it there since they were still under warranty. He agreed with me, that it will be better to contact the producer since fixing them by myself may be temporary. Everything perfect until here, I left the sandals there mentioning once again that I love them and if nothing can be fixed, I will just take them and try the glue at home and the store assistant says they will call me as soon as they have a reply from the producer. 5 weeks later and no call, I just went to the store. A lady working there this time did a quick check on my request and told me that her colleague is on holiday and she doesn't have access to his email so she doesn't know if the producer replied, but the colleague will be back from vacation in 4 days and he will contact me.Another 2 weeks later and no phone call, I went there again: the colleague was there, my sandals couldn't be fixed, but the producer accepted the issue saying that I can choose something else from the store, another pair of sandals (they were not having my number anymore, and there were only 3 other models being the end of the season and that I didn't like at all). But not to mention my disappointed, after I explicitly repeated that I love my sandals and that if nothing can be done, I will just take them back anyway (I went there just hoping for more professional fix).They didn't even wanted to give my money back, they kept insisting that I can use that as a credit in the store! Anyway, in the end I got my money back because the lady and the counter seems to be quite ok with it opposed to the other guy who took my sandals in the first place. I am still sorry for my sandals though... I would have preferred them instead of having the money back! And not to mention that they never contacted me with the status of my product... I bought many times from that store, but I won't anymore!
