magasin à fuir, nous avons été agressé par un employé qui voulait même se battre pour un futilité, heureusement que nous sommes des personnes calmes, car la situation aurait pu dégénérer, le propriétaire du magasin ne nous a même pas soutenu, donc nous avons trouvé un autre magasin

Rude/unhelpful -just gave us our equipment and gave no advice when said I was a novice. Had to go back to change our shoes as the gentleman didn't bother to check if they were correct to ski with until an experienced member of our group said our shoes were 3 sizes too big. My friendd poles were too big and even the other staff member said ...'wasnt me who served you no?' The boots he gave my friend in the end was still too big and she felt too intimidated/awkward to return. Equipment was in good condition. When returning our equipment i waited patiently for 25 minutes at the desk and both staff members served every group that came into the shop before me even when I asked to be served politely. I eventually left my skii's and went to my hotel to pack. When I returned the guy laughed under his breath like nothing even happened? Just really odd behaviour. I felt like it wasn't because we werent french? Don't expect good service for the price... Spend your money else where with people who care. I never leave bad reviews or even review but going to the shop 3 separate occasions and had bad service is a joke.

Peu mieux faire … le matériel n’était pas adapté : des skis mal réglés aux chaussures, des chaussures veillottes et pas de demande si débutant ou expert … c’est dommage.Une panne de réveil dans la semaine également qui fait que le local à ski n’a ouvert qu’à 8h50 .. les équipes sont sympathiques mais manque un peu de dynamisme

Good quality material, friendly service, easy to solve problems and overall nice.

If you are not French, do not expect a good service. After booking online, I showed up at the shop and I was mocked for not speaking French. A guy (the owner?) simply refused to talk to me in English even if he spoke it. Better to give the money to someone that is willing to speak in English!

Le personnel est très sympathique, de bon conseil. J'ai loué mes skis là bas et il s'agissait de matériel de bonne qualité et entretenu comme il se doit. J'y retournerai sans hésitation si je repasse aux Deux Alpes.

Very friendly, flexible and knowledgable staff. They were very patient with our large group with varying rental needs. Well done Team Venosc Sports. We’ll be back!

Le materiel est de bonne qualité mais pas forcément adapté au niveau. Ex:ski intermédiaire loué à des débutants et pas toujours aimable

Just ok. Does the job. Inexpensive. Helpful but not going out of their way.
