Hotel with a North American feel. Air conditioning in the time and the lobby. Newish feel to the interior of the hotel. Compared to small old hotels in the area this one is fantastic! You can walk to mountmatre but of course there is an incline.

We have visited the hotel twice before.We had cancelled our current visit three days before because of the current bed bug plague in Paris.Unfortunately, we had to pay the full amount for our five-day stay without replacement. The hotel manager was not accommodating. We had a large monetary loss as a result. This behavior was in accordance with the rules. However, not customer-friendly and accommodating. We had booked through IHG, where I encountered understanding. However, each individual hotel is independent.Update:The hotel manager just called back. She had a lot of understanding for our decision and also assured us that her hotel currently has no problem with the bed bug plague and also ensures that it stays that way.She kindly offered us that the money we currently paid is not lost, but can be used for a future stay.Thank you very much!
