I made a reservation and came on time. When I came, the hairdresser just started cutting hair for other client at the time that was reserved for me. She talked a lot with the other client and didn't look like she cares that I'm waiting. So I waited for 20 minutes and decided to go away.There was no notification in advance that I should come a bit later because there is a shift on her schedule, or maybe come the other day. None of that happened. No respect for client's time.
