I booked with them recently for a transfer from CDG to Paris. The booking service was very fast and efficient.The driver was punctual and very courteous.The price is top and the vehicle was very clean and comfortable.I highly recommend this company and will book with them again in the future.

We booked Paris private shuttle for our trip to the train station back from Paris and I was very disappointed. The driver was 30 minutes late and there was absolutely no communication that this was going to happen. I called when they were 10 minutes late and finally received a call back that they were going to not be on time. The driver had no apologies. We were close to missing our train. They deducted 10 euros for the trouble but I would not rely on this service.

I recently used this taxi service to travel to Paris Disney Land and the hotel. I had a fantastic experience. The driver was on time, professional and friendly. The car was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The journey was smooth and the driver was knowledgeable about the best routes to take to avoid traffic. The fare was also very reasonable. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service and would definitely use it again in the future. I never got as far as traveling with this outfit. I asked for confirmation of a price for a transfer, they confirmed that price, I accepted the booking and then they added a further 20 euros. Email correspondence with an unnamed person who refused to honor the original price. They then ghosted me. Poor customer service, and I decided not to use them as while cheapest, I had no confidence they would show up.

Our family took their service twice from the train station to our hotel in Paris. We are 4 adults with 4 big suitcases. The driver is very nice and helpful. Great service, great car, and very reasonable price. I can't ask for more. I will use their service again when I return Paris next time
