When we went to collect the van we arrived at 11.30 and were refused collection because of the time, we were told to come after lunch in a very aggressive fashion. We accepted politely. I made a huge mistake with the date of the return of the van and returned it a day later. My mistake. We accepted and apologised profusely and paid €79 for the mistake but were received and treated with incredible aggression, the two staff shouting at us threatening us with the police. A bit late for the police as we were returning the van and paying for the mistake! When I asked why they didn't call me they said because my phone number is British which is odd as they accepted it in the booking. So all in all from the moment collecting the van to returning it very unpleasant and unprofessional service. Very different to E. Leclerc car hire in Poitiers, very polite, friendly and helpful service.
