B&B HOTEL Belfort
Une chambre de très bonne qualité pour sa prix. Les lits étaient confortables et l'hôtel était bien situé et bien désigné a l'interieur et l'exterieur. Le télé a eu une bonne choix des chaînes. Je le recommende pour les gens qui veulent un hôtel confortable et moderne tout proche de l'autoroute!

Expérience à éviter. Vu le prix, nous aurions espéré un séjour correct.... alarme incendie d'amusement déclenchée à 23h30.... restée en fonctionnement pendant 15min minimum.... bruits et esclandres dans le couloir pendant 30min et vu ce que nous avons compris, c'était la 2ème nuit que cela se produisait.

Nous sommes un couple d'hôtellier qui avait besoin de passer une nuit à la jolie ville de Belfort. Bref en arrivant nous avons constaté le manque d'éclairage de la chambre, en soulevant les draps pas d'alèse sur le matelas qui celui-ci avait un grosse tâche de sang. Nous avons tourné le matelas pour y dormir. Chez nous dans notre hôtel quand ma femme de ménage passe dans les chambres on contrôle son travail, car c'est pas facile pour elle ce métier et travailler à répétition on peut oublier des choses. Bref pour une grande enseigne comme celle ci le ménage dont être primordial et non bâclé.

Très bon acceuil personnel souriant et a l'écoute.Chambre très correcte confortable avec de l'espace pour un couple.Le bémol la propriété de la salle de bain et toilettes....

Upon arrival at around 11pm I had to check in through some machine which didn’t recognize the fact that I had already paid via booking and asked me for another payment. I called the help desk and the gentleman told me that I would have to pay again to be able to check in, and to talk to reception in the morning. It took B&B hotels EIGHT days to refund the double charge. Also the amount of cobwebs and dead insects (dozens of little dead flies in the shower in the pictures) in the room was staggering. I will try to avoid B&B in the future.

At the end of our stay the hotel could not open the gate and so we could not leave the parking for 1.5hrs, together with 5-6 other cars. The receptionist was helpless, overwhelmed, not particularly interested. Only when a guest from the hotel (who was still staying in the hotel) happened to leave his room and who happened to be a handyman, help became available. He took some tools from his company car, walked to the gate and was able to open the gate. The receptionist NEVER called any outside help, instead only a friend who attempted to check on the gate, without success, but with putting a lot of effort in mastering holding his umbrella. When I called the B&B helpline twice the young woman hung up on me. The third time she just explained that there was a technical issue and we would have to wait. Without that handyman guest, how long would we have had to wait? On top the atmosphere in the hotel wasn't welcoming, breakfast did not have the usual B&B standard, the floor in our room had lots of gravel on it

Super accueil très sympa.Qualité prix imbattable.Parking sécurisé.Points négatifs pas de wifi et très isolé des lieux de vie.
