Nathalya m'a proposé une séance découverte et depuis les séances Pilates sont devenues un rituel, un moment agréable dans un studio ambiance cocooning. Si vous cherchez un professeur qui s'adapte à votre niveau tout en vous lançant quelques défis...n'hésitez plus !!!!

Super Yoga teacher and super good feeling with Zoe. She is just GREAT and a source for inspiration! Impressive how much she knows about body and anatomy, and the positive energy she spreads… her yoga style is dynamic, fun, full of useful instructions and adapted for any level... my advice, just try! :)

Zoe is a fabulous yoga teacher who adapts herself to everyone in the class meaning you really have the opportunity to develop your own practise and ability but within the group.Attending Zoe's classes through pregnancy inadvertently gave me the mental and physical strength during a lengthy labour and post pregnancy have transformed my body and safely supported my return to running. Physically I have never felt better and it is down to Zoe!

Wonderful human being and great teacher. I recommend vividly Zoe's yoga classes. Her knowledge of the human body makes her classes even more valuable.
