We loved every minute of our stay in this gorgeous apartment. There is good quality kitchenware, making it easy to stay in and cook if you would like, it’s spacious, and the bedrooms were very comfortable.We had a beautiful view of the apartments in front of us, and having two metro stations near the apartment made for very easy transit to anywhere we wanted to go.Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay!Gail is lovely. She was very informative and helped make our stay pleasant.

I am trying to conjour the right words to describe Parisian BLISS....but my poetic skills leave me hanging dry. But just being in Perfectly Paris's Caulaincourt Charm apartment had me feeling much like a poet or artist, and I didn't need to come up with any fancy words or descriptions, because just being there did that for me! Two huge, gorgeous arched windows look out onto the street scene below and is Located in the perfect neighborhood in Montmartre. A little bit away from the tourist hustle of Place du Tertre, but just steps away...with every amenity ever imaginable; a great cheese shop right below the apartment, a patisserie 3 steps up (with THE best little loaf of bread featuring multiple grains, especially sesame!) a small market across the street with literally everything you'd need, a pharmacy, and to put the cherry on top, the #80 bus stops right out front of the apartment in both directions! This is ideal for anyone who is beyond the ups and downs of the Metro stairs...from the #80 you can connect with nearly every bus line you'd need to discover ALL of Paris!The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, not too over the top, with just enough Parisian chic to let you know you are not in Kansas anymore, but not overwhelming with cutsey-poo! It is handsome and appropriate for both male and female guests. Complete kitchen with every pot or pan you might need, a television, internet access, and a nice deep soaking tub in the bathroom! An absolute RARITY in Parisian apartments!! The Caulaincourt Charm apartment crosses off so many boxes for everything a travelor to Paris might hope for and expect, and Perfectly Paris really delivers, especially with their customer service. We were met at the very door of the apartment by Georgina who waited for us while we traversed through Charles de Gaul airport enroute to the apartment. She had put the heat on so it would be nice and warm for our arrival. She was very patient and showed us EVERYTHING we needed to know about the apartment; from the use of the heater, the towel warmer racks, the washing machine, the dishwasher, etc. The experience was so wonderful, and in fact I have repeated my use of Perfectly Paris because of it. Our experience booking with Perfectly Paris was seamless and extremely accommodating. Our arrival to Paris was made super simple and our apartment had everything we could need. The service was responsive - for example the hairdryer died during our stay and a new one was delivered I think that very same day. Everything in the apartment worked really well and we felt right at home. We have already booked our stay for next summer! On top of being a real person who manages real people's apartments, our Perfectly Paris apartment (Arts & Metiers) had plenty of storage space where could completely unpack, put our cases away, and pretend we were right at home during our stay. The Arts & Metiers apartment is a great location for anyone who wants to be right in the center of the city with easy walking distance to many attractions and many metro lines within a few minutes of the front door.

My husband and I have been using Gail and Perfectly Paris for several years now and would not even consider another option. I can say this because I have personally utilized another well known competitor in the past and most recently an airb&b in 2019. Neither service provided the concierge services and quick immediate response that Gail personally attends to. In addition the apartments are beautiful and located in all the best shopping areas. If you want to feel like a real Parisian, go with this company you won’t regret it!

We recently had the pleasure of returning to Caulaincourt Charm for the second time.We love the area, with the convenience of all the shops and the proximity to the Metro.Since our last visit, the apartment has been redecorated, and it is even more beautiful than before.After a busy day in Paris, it is so nice to come back to the apartment and unwind. It really is a better option for us than a hotel. Many great dining options are so close, or if you are inspired to try some French recipes, the kitchen is fully equipped.The Perfectly Paris team really have thought of everything you might need to make your stay enjoyable. Photographs and memories of my 2nd stay at Maison in Montmarte. I can not recommend the service Perfectly Paris deliver highly enough. Maison in Montmarte is a cosy littlecottage a small house. Close to restaurants cafes supermarkets fresh produce markets and the metro. I was there in December and January and previously in October 2015. I always leave a piece of my heart their when I leave.

It was an absolute breath of fresh air renting through Perfectly Paris, from inquiry to checkout everything moved seamlessly and professionally, Gail was wonderfully helpful throughout, being responsive with questions and dealing with any issues in timely manner, it was a pleasure dealing with an agent who actually understood what client service is. Anyone who rents an apartment in Paris knows how difficult and frustrating the process and agents can be, especially in a second language but Perfectly Paris seem to have applied ease to that process and their services. The apartment 'St Michel Hideaway' was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable, everything needed for a perfect stay. I can't recommend them enough.

I just returned from another great stay with Perfectly Paris and it was wonderful. I reached out to Gail on a whim since my stay in Paris was longer than a few days and I was being joined by a friend and wanted more space. It was my second time renting with Perfectly Paris and Gail was a delight to work with. Gail's communication was clear and easy to follow; she met me at the apartment. Upon arrival, apartment was clean, well furnished and complete with every amenity to make for a comfortable stay. It was around the corner from the Rue de Levis market shops so we enjoyed local produce, cheeses and baked goods from Poilane! Gail's magical binder came with many neighborhood recommendations and everything we needed to know about the flat. As part of the rental, a security deposit is required. My security deposit was returned promptly and it was all and all an easy experience that I would highly recommend. I am excited for my next Perfectly Paris stay.

I just left a truly lovely new place Gail is offering in the 15th. I was so nervous about renting a place for all of - a week! - but Gail was so kind and patient with me, and I ended up loving the apartment and even extending! I will definitely use this service again. My only hiccups were that the original wifi in the apt was very weak, which Gail did solve but it took some quick thinking on her part (thank you Gail!). Then we had one small cleaning issue that I think Gail will solve for in the future as well. But overall this is really a great service, and I have already recommended PerfectlyParis to friends and will continue using this service myself. I was sad to leave this apt yesterday I will admit!
