.I would like to write a five star and a one star review.Five stars for a good service, one star for deactivating my SIM without warning and refusing to reactivate it.I have not needed the Le French Mobile much over the past few years for personal reasons but keep it as a back up. Earlier this week I found that without warning it had been deactivated. I immediately offered to pay to reactivate it or open a new account with the number transferred but they refuse.This is not a money complaint"

Utter useless. Three months of hassle, hopeless customer service and three SIM cards later, and still it doesn’t work.

I have been waiting 2 months for a replacement sim that stopped working. Even offered to pay for the courier. We sent it, it should arrive in 10 days, then 15, then 20, then ooops we didnt send it but we sent it now. Ludicrous and unashamedly useless customer service. Even called, gave them the sim numbers you name it and at the end of the day, nothing but a complete waste of time....I have no doubt they will go belly up soon. Detestable frankly. These are the pros, lets get to the cons, lol!In answer to the below: You never sent the first SIM (you sent me an email to that effect!!) and i doubt you sent the second one ( Maybe you forgot that its all documented on email??). As to SIM cards being blocked at customs: You have to be kidding me. Honestly. You could not even provide a TRACKING NUMBER. I never received any SIM and u cannot show me anything that says when or even if it was sent or even where it is!!My conclusion, which i am sure many will share: Mickey Mouse isn't only at Disney.

TERRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!I purchased 2 sim cards for my trip to Paris and neither of them worked! Spent 10 days in Paris with no cell phone service unless I was in the AirBNB we rented which thankfully had wifi. If we weren't in an area with wifi, we were dead in the water. I will never purchase from LeFrench Mobile again. I will go to Orange or purchase directly from my carrier next time. NOT WORTH THE TIME MONEY OR THE HASSEL!

Very good customer support, both in French and English. Simple setup and works almost everywhere.Not to have surprises you must know two things about Le French Mobile:1. You have to keep an eye on your balance and top up the account. It is very easy, just setup your online login.2. One must keep in mind that special numbers like tech support or customer service of most services in France that have 4 digits are not supported by this SIM.I was using Le French Mobile for years and now my SIM is in my security monitoring system and works better than the local mobile provider's SIM.

I am using a SIM card from LeFrenchMobile for 9 months now. I have completely deactivated the mobile data usage (as I only need phone and text). After 7 month, 25€ were suddenly gone from my account due to data usage in a very short time. Apple confirmed that my iPhone was correctly configured and that this should not have happened. I would definitely advise to not use this SIM card.

Zero customer service. Literally. I'm French living in Canada and got a sim card last December (2021). It worked, all good, but at some point I had a problem with my top off and sent them an email. No-one ever replied to me. I figured it out on my own, but still.Fast forward 6 months later (now), I received an email asking me to top off my account, which is great because I was planning on doing that as I'm going back to France in a few days.I tried to connect to my account...wrong credentials. I tried to reset my password...the phone number you have doesn't exist. So basically, they erased me completely from their database.I sent three emails, and none received a reply yet. I'm confused and stressed out as I don't have time to deal with all this right now.Very frustrated.

Ik heb bel tegoed gekocht .Ik kon mijn bel tegoed niet vinden.Le French heeft dit vandaag opgelost door mij opnieuw te registreren.Ze zijn nog steeds goedkoper als de Belgische providers.
