Marypop

I am currently a babysitter at Marypop, and I love it. Everything is super safe and they take really good care of their babysitters and families. They do a background check to make sure that everything is perfect beforehand. They are a great team, and they have adapted to the situation by offering free online activities for kids at home! I really recommend this platform for parents and babysitters, a great and safe service!

I was able to book my sitters weeks in advance. I wanted to be sure I was able to secure sitters because in France, making reservations in advance for tours and events are common because they sell out. I have 2 different sitters in one week. They connect with you immediately after the booking is set up. You can ask all sorts of questions and give them your itinerary for the kids for the day. Such a blessing to meet such responsive babysitters. They were prompt and diligent when given my agenda for the day with the kids. I already miss them. Nora is fabulous btw!

I was very skeptical at first, but after speaking to management, my fears quickly diminished. I was afraid about billing. How will this work? Its a foreign company and I was just confused. However, I needed a babysitter. This was my only option for what I needed while traveling to France with my kids. After requesting a booking, there is a wait time for a Acceptance from the sitter. If no one accepts, you can create a new request with another sitter, and so on. You also have a cancelation grace period. I really liked that because one of my kids ended up with a slight fever after arrival. Tummy bug. I was able to cancel without being charged any fees because I was within the cancelation time-line. Be sure to let your sitter know also. The sitters we had were absolutely wonderful. It was raining hard and they still showed up. O can only wish there was a Marypop in the US. I believe out sitting programs used to be like this, but now sitters demand twice as much in the US. I was so grateful Marypop was so affordable.

I have been using Marypop for all my babysitting requirements in Barcelona. I do not have any complain whatsoever. The babysitters are professionals but Nathalie (i think its the owner) also provides me with quick replies and offers solutions. Very good experience would definitely recommend!

La suite : à vous de jouer, en effet c’est vous qui sélectionnez selon votre critère de choix (activité ludique, devoirs du soir, sortie d’école, langue, day off de parents...). Je recommande à 1000% marypop, qui donne un service impeccable, avec des babysitter au top, parlant le français pour ma part. Nathalie, a été très rassurante car c'était tout de même la première fois que nous laissions notre fille de 16 mois. Sans hésiter, allez y et ils vous trouveront la perle rare. Merci

Je conseille vivement la plateforme Maypop si vous êtes baby-sitter ou à la recherche d’un baby-sitter bilingue. Simple à utiliser, je n’ai jamais rencontré de problème avec Maypop en tant que baby-sitter. C’est un moyen très facile de rencontrer des familles et permet d’avoir un grand nombre d’opportunités. Totally recommend Marypop! We used their services to hire a nanny in Paris and another in Lisbon last week during our family vacation to watch both of our kids. Both nannies were amazing, punctual, and caring! Our kids loved them both!

I contacted and planned reservations with a sitter 2 weeks prior to my arrival. I was contacted by each sitter to confirm and plan the schedule for those days. The process is incredibly smooth. My credit card was charged accordingly and whenever I had questions, they responded rather quickly. I'm grateful for their services. My sitters were prompt and most respectful.

Such a great service! We went to Paris for a family weekend and Nathalie help us quickly find a babysitter we could trust. We were able to have a video chat with her before our trip so our daughter would feel comfortable and safe. Highly recommended!
