We have thoroughly enjoyed the excellent services, advice and expertise of Arthur Laurent in the study phase of renovating our master bathroom, bedroom and balcony. Thanks to his vast experience from similar projects and his architectural training he helped us discover new exciting opportunities in our space, take into account any technical requirements, risk, and limitations. He drew up several iterations of our vision, and was extremely helpful in identifying providers and contractors and getting quotes for the works and materials. He also prepared a successful application to the Mayor’s office (project approved in less than a month). He’s the best thought partner and advisor one could wish for when going through a complex building process.
