Here’s a gem of a Greek sandwich shop a short distance from the Aix de Provence market. I asked for advice on my order and the attendant suggested their signaturesandwich with my choice of chicken (beef and cheese were also available). I ate at a community table next to two people who met in this restaurant and became friends. Edykos was a delicious and enjoyable experience.
