Steve is an Electrical Engineer by training and has deep knowledge on both French and English electrical codes. He’s also expanded his craft into a general handyman. Tremendous value obtained from utilizing him on even a small job. I highly recommend him!

Our property requires a total rewire and with myself being competent and experienced with electricity and electronics we wished to do some of the work ourselves whilst remaining within the French 'regulations'. Steve visited us and gave us good, sound advice, we could carry out the First fix and Steve will do the Second, he would sign off at completion. We highly value his help and support through this long process.

We made contact with Steve in early 2020 as we needed some help with a house we had bought in France. Just a little electrical update, or so we thought. Steve responds quickly and talks you through the options available to you and I can not recommend the company enough. We had to manage the works remotely from the UK but it was so easy and we were kept informed regularly with messages and photo’s which was really important and we never felt remote from the work. Less than a week before Christmas our English TV reception suddenly died. The TV man who had originally fitted our satellite dish and carried out other work had retired we found.We used a “find a tradesman” site and were contacted by a man based in Brittany who wanted a lot of money to travel. Shortly after Steve sent a message and we spoke, describing the problem. He confirmed he had the bits required and two days later, on a Sunday!! he arrived and sorted the problem for less than half the price of Brittany man. In addition we found out he can solve WiFi and VPN situations for us. As yet not done but we’re delighted to have prospectively solved two other requirements.All in all, an amazing find and less than 10 miles away!

needed an electrician for the final connection to supply after a full house restoration. Didn't need the 'Electricité Conseil' requirement as had supply in the past. Turned up as and when required, easy to contact / communicate with and job completed with minimum fuss.Advice given to attend to possible issues to complete the work correctly too.Would recommend Steve if you needed similar or even for any further advice if you were thinking to proceed with any works yourself, especially if conseil approval needed at the end, before you start.

Steve rewired our 3 story turn of the century home (while we were living in it) with such skill and expertise that It resurrected it from a fire risk to a safe and modern home. He is so much more than just an electrician, and can be depended on to do a quality job.

Steve. Completed numerous jobs/projects for me personally and professional 1 day to 3 months. In the UK, France and Spain. These range from electrical, solar, secure networking, high end CCTV (He even mended the Telly ) Always professional work, genuine problem solving, suggesting alternative solutions resulting in a better and often less expensive conclusions. Although not always the cheapest, certainly far and away the best value, the time saved with his expertise is absolutely worth the premium rate.

The English Electricians in France team were / are great. Proficient and knowledgeable at what they do, tasking them with our rewire and various other projects proved to be a very good decision!
