Nous avons eu un excellent séjour de deux nuits, les chambres luxes sont tres confortables. L'equipe discrète est très sympathique et au petits soins.Le buffet du petit-déjeuner diversifié est frais et de bon goût.Une bonne adresse !

Absolutely fabulous experience! Cannot overstate the perfection of the staff and hotel in general. My first time in Europe so a bit excited/nervous and the staff put us at ease the minute we walked in the door. Throughout our travels in France, we stayed at four hotels overall and this was by far our favorite. Breakfast was our favorite also. The location was wonderful as it's nestled in with a lot of the international embassies, close to the Eiffel, and some of the best food we ate.

Mon séjour pour affaires s'est très bien passé. L' accueil y a été parfait, le personnel très attentif à chacun de mes besoins, de mes demandes. Chambre spacieuse, et impeccable, très calme.

Hôtel Plaza Tour Eiffel
Le quartier est tranquille et sûr. Si on aime être proche de la Tour Eiffel et du Trocadéro cet hôtel est tout à fait désigné. Les chambres sont propres et silencieuses et assez spacieuses pour Paris. La salle de bain manque un peu d’ergonomie et se transforme facilement en marécage après la douche (et pourtant je suis prudent). Quant au personnel il est majoritairement sympathique. Je ne donne que 3 étoiles car en tant que membre Gold Expédia j’avais droit à un surclassement que l’on ne m’a donné qu’après avoir râlé et seulement une nuit sur les quatre de mon séjour

Perfect hotel, perfect location! Could not fault this hotel, right from the start the staff were friendly, luggage taken to our room when it was ready, breakfast was fresh and lovely! Room lovely, the little touches were nice. The staff couldnt do enough for you!Highly recommend this hotel!

Hôtel très bien situé. La chambre est très calme, belle décoration, literie très confortable et prestations de qualités. Balcon donnant sur la Tour Eiffel. L'accueil y est très chaleureux et le service impeccable et très attentionné. Le petit déjeuner est varié, copieux et délicieux.Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et remercie l’équipe pour ce moment privilégié.

Great hotel to stay at, staff are friendly and very helpful, the rooms are a cute size with super comfortable beds, it was actually nice to have a good sleep again. When I’m back in Paris I will definitely book here again.

We loved this hotel and had an amazing stay for our daughter’s birthday in Paris. Nice and clean hotel and especially upgraded bathrooms were very clean. Though rooms are small like any European hotel, they were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast was OK and location just perfect at walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. Best part was the hotel staff, especially Quentin and Ravi. They were not only super friendly but very helpful with everything whether it was storing our luggage, giving local recommendations or directions to near by places. They made all of us feel just like home and special thanks to Quentin who gave my daughters corner room with nice little balcony to enjoy some view of the Eiffel Tower. Whenever we make it back to Paris I would definitely stay here again.

King room was fine. Double room is extremely small. Lovely hotel. Front desk very friendly. Breakfast very nice. Location is 1 and half blocks from Effel Tower and Metro. Perfect. Felt very safe walking and riding Metro. Area around Effel Tower Restaurant food costs were on the higher end. Other areas outside of downtown costs were average ..

Séjour très agréable. Un personnel au top, très à l'écoute et à disposition pour toute demande. Des chambres propres, bien équipées et parfois dotées d'une vue imprenable sur la Tour Eiffel. Si vous en avez l'occasion je vous le conseille vivement.

Unfortunately, this is more a 3 star hotel. The hotel and rooms are dated including bathrooms that are old. Rooms are also tiny in space (we had one check-in and 2 carry on bags. Location is close to the Eiffel and metro to get around. Staff are friendly but Annabel the manager could use some improvement in customer service. WiFi is incredibly slow.

Had an amazing time at Plaza Tour de Eiffel. The staff was incredibly nice, the rooms were beautiful (and air conditioned!), and close to the metro. They even gave us a complimentary upgrade to an Eiffel Tower view, which was so incredibly kind and loved.I would be happy to return and stay here again on my next trip to Paris. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Paris et cet hôtel y est également pour quelque chose. Un super accueil et des prestations de qualité.Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et remercie encore une fois l’équipe et plus particulièrement le directeur qui a été parfait!

Le service est impeccable.Seul bémol vis à vis des deux chambres réservées. Les deux sanitaires étaient bouchés. Apparemment problème connu mais rien a été fait avant notre arrivée. La qualité d’entretien était donc loin d’être satisfaisante.

L'hôtel est top, decoration,prestations, emplacement et services exceptionnels pour le prix. Great hotel, design, location and quality are incredible regarding the prices. Nous reviendrons souvent. We'll come back for sure !
