This company put a new roof for my veranda this year. I had to call them back because the gutter was leaking. They came back and I trusted that the matter was sorted. Until the next time it rained! The rain is now coming into the inside of the veranda and the masking is literally falling out of the ceiling on the inside. This company used to be good. What has happened!!!!! My emails and phone calls are now being ignored. I cannot get these people back to correct this situation. This roof wasn’t cheap!!!!! I’m very annoyed!!!!!Update: Ok, so finally got listened to and the roof has been fixed (again) this morning. We are now just waiting to see if this intervention has worked. Mr Clara is a nice man. I just don’t understand this bad workmanship from his company on this occasion. Hopefully ‘all’s well that ends well’.
