De passage pour du SAV, l’accueil et le service était tout simplement parfait. Merci à Thomas pour le professionnalisme et au responsable de la boutique je présume qui était également parfait. À bientôt !

Belle boutique, bien placée. Malheureusement j’ai reçu un accueil très froid du vendeur Nicolas.P, il n’a été d’aucun conseil, ne m’a donné aucune information sur la pièce désirée ou sur le cuir sans que je lui demande au préalable. L’impression de déranger était fortement présente. Je ne réitèrerais pas mon expérience dans cette boutique.

I had a lovely experience! I am a no fuss type of shopper especially when it comes to luxury. I prefer to be in and out. I know what I go there for and expect it to be seemless, quick, and easy. I felt welcomed even with my half French half English exchanges and only purchasing a small item.The only thing is they couldn’t find me in the system and I have shopped at the Rue Saint Honore location in the past. No biggie though. I would absolutely recommend this location especially if you are looking for less busy and touristy.

Très belle boutique, j’ai été accueilli par Nicolas P. qui a été très souriant et à l’écoute. Il a su me conseiller et surtout me guider pour mon achat. Il prends le temps d’expliquer et évidemment de conseiller. Rien à dire, super professionnel et à l’écoute ! Très très belle expérience merci encore !

Très bonne expérience que nous avons vécu ce jour dans ce magasin. Nous avons été servi par Nicolas P. et vraiment absolument rien n'a redire quant à son savoir et à sa disponibilité. Une personne passionnante et passionnée, cela se ressent. Si tout le monde pouvait être si agréable dans le monde du luxe... Nous reviendrons dans cette boutique sans hésiter !

The entire interaction was cold and unhelpful. I came back to this store to purchase an item that browsed earlier in the day.The girl helping went to the back directly to process the transaction without offering any customer service: no place to sit, no drinks, no conversation. We had to ask for a refreshment ourselves after seeing other customers all getting one.The girl was also unhelpful and indirect about the tax free form. All the other stores we went to would give us a detailed instruction of what to do in order to get tax free benefit. We asked for some clarification but this girl just kept saying “go download the app, you’ll see; just go download the app”.The girl also interrupted my conversation with my company a few times by directly walking in between us.
