A FUIR ARNAQUE !J'ai également publié mon logement sur Magic Stay et il n'apparaît rien, ils m'ont prélevé 75 euros mais c'est une arnaque, leur ligne téléphonique ne fonctionne pas, ni le mail !Je viens d'apprendre qu'ils sont en liquidation judiciaire...voilà tout

Beware, do not rent on this site, they sell apartments without the owners' authorization, I had my apartments there, without my authorization, and I do not accept guests from there, guests had a big problem. Magicstay says they have a lot of apartments, it's a fraud.

Stay away - this website is a scam!I’ve booked a place to stay in Poland two weeks ago, but upon arriving, there was no one at the place to open the door and no check-in instructions of any kind. After waiting for 2h while talking with customer service, there was absolutely no solution on their side. I had to find another alternative on another website. Up to this day, and even though we were promised a full refund from their customer service, still NO REFUND from their side, NO ANSWER, and ZERO responsibility taken for what's happened. Total scam!

Cette Société ne se soucie en aucun cas des règlements de copropriété des Résidences privées, ce qui implique à supporter la mauvaise éducation des locataires saisonniers, de passage de surcroît, en ne respectant pas les résidents voisins qui eux, vivant toute l'année demandent le calme chez eux !!! Alors STOP à ce va-et-vient de vacanciers face à la crise sanitaire qui, à partir du 1er Août 2021 devront avoir un pass sanitaire. C'est notre santé qui est en jeu... Veuillez nous respecter, nous les Résidences privées et non de vacances !!! Tout a commencé en juillet 2020 dans notre Résidence et ça continue...., pas pour longtemps ???
