I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Shona. My body was in a lot of pain and I messaged her on the off chance she could squeeze me in that day. Shona is not only professional in physically understanding what her client needs, but I felt like, her personality comes through her touch.I had two sessions with Shona, Woutai felt almost like a mixture of dance and soft, but profound bodywork session.
