Réseau ESPAS

Rdv à 10h avec le Dr Hefez, arrivée et acceuillie par l'infirmier à 9h35 j'attend jusqu'à 10h45 sans nouvelle ni voir qui que ce soit donc je suis partie en laissant un mot leur signifiant mon mécontentement.À 11h15 je reçois un message sur mon répondeur du Dr Hefez me disant qu'il était présent dès 10h10 et que je n'ai pas eu la patience de l'attendre 10min.Ce réseau n'est pas adapté aux soutien psy urgent car le staff semble hermétique aux signes de détresses!

I went in the first time and was greeted by the nurses we had a chat, and was referred to Dr Hefez. So i took an appointment and met Dr Hefez, he is by far the most down to earth nice person ever. He's all ears and asks questions and helps you let all your thoughts out (because i hate those that just set there and wait for you to talk, i have lots of things running around in my mind and i need some sort of a plan to let each one at a time and he is skilled for that), he helped me a lot.. i was in a very dark place there and if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be where i am today. Thanks to every person that works there, you're all heroes in my eyes.
