Les chambres ne sont pas grandes. Mais elles sont propres. Leur impact écologique est assez bon: réutilisation des serviettes par un même client. Pas de bouteilles en plastique mais proposition d'une bouteille d'eau en verre avec fontaine eau tempérée, gazeuse ou fraicheLe petit-déjeuner n'était malheureusement pas très fourni. Pas beaucoup de choix dans les thés pour les adorateurs de thé. Le strict minimum qui peut faire le travail pour un matin ou deux.

A very pleasant surprise! This is a great hotel. The staff are SO amazing, the rooms have air conditioning and are clean and comfortable, and I had all of the amenities I could ask for (including free water and coffee whenever you want in the lobby). Wow, just wow!! ♥️♥️

I was in the hotel for 4 nights for a work week, and it was a very good option indeed! My room was big, very confortable and cosy. The breakfast is also good ( not with high diversity, but with quality.) The natural juices were really good. Also the service of all employees was really nice...very friendly. The location is also amazing! Near the metro, 5 minutes walking to Arc du Triumph, with several restaurants ( brasseries), pharmacy, supermaket! Super!The Hotel only offers breakfast service and free coffee anytime!

Great experience at this hotel for 3 nights. In short : great location in the heart of the city at walking distance from monuments and easy access to transportation. Clean rooms (+ mine had a street view with pretty Haussmannian buildings). Finally, the hotel staff is really nice and helpful which really made our stay enjoyable !The only negative comment I could make, if any, would be with regards to details of the decor of the rooms (not a fan of the big rose frame hanging over the bed) and the need for minor reparations ex: a chipped wardrobe door and cracked seat.Nevertheless, I will keep this address for future visits :)

The position of the hotel is perfect, near you can find the arc of triomphe, the metro station Argentine and many other things. The room are extremely comfortable, the people at the reception will answer any of your question and help you for everything. The service was perfect. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone

Hôtel très bien placé. Équipe professionnelle, accueillante et toujours de bons conseils. Le temps était agréable donc nul de soin de climatisation.Le directeur nous a gentillement offert le petit déjeuner.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel.

Séjour top dans cet hôtel,Chambres très jolies,J’aime le côté « écolo » de l’hôtel (pas de bouteilles en plastique par exemple),L’accueil est vraiment top, personnel chaleureux,L’hôtel est bien placé, très pratique dans Paris.Je recommande

A truly friendly hotel in the heart of Paris, surrounded by bars and restaurants, and run buy a great team. Going back to Paris feels like home knowing that one can rely on the Saint-Ferdinand Family :) absolutely a true surprise, great breakfast and peaceful, comfortable hotel, in a truly central and comfortable location. Can't but recommend it warm heartedly.

Hôtel assez bien placé et au calme. Les chambres sont agréables et très belles. La literie est bonne et le personnel est très agréable et prévenant.Le thé et le café (très bon) sont à disposition et gratuit dans le hall de l'hôtel. Un vrai plus le matin.Néanmoins, les murs sont très fins et on entend tout ce qui se passe à côté. (Notamment quand un coup d'espagnols a décidé de faire la fête dans la chambre d'à côté à 2h30 du matin.) C'est le seul bémol, indépendant de l'hôtel, qui me fait mettre 4* au lieu de 5.
