My prepaid agreement makes no mention of any additional local taxes/charges other than any optional extras/tolls/fines etc, of which I incurred none, yet my final invoice had additional charges added when the total amount was already paid in advance

Brilliant customer service, being uneasy about renting a car in a different country the staff were patient and talked through everything with us. They also spent a lot of time with me at the car noting any damage already on the car to ensure we didn't get charged. Would definitely use them again

No problems or issues - although there was a queue of about 6 people waiting to hire a car so we had to wait 30-45 mins for our turn, we were dealt with very quickly and efficiently - the two cars we were offered were superb and a joy to drive - spotlessly clean and nearly brand new.Our return procedure was easy and there were no hidden costs added to our hire price. Would I use them again - certainly!Until the next time.

I had a very easy and fast pick-up. I was given a free upgrade even though I do not rent cars often. The staff were professional and helpful. The price, through Expedia, was very fair.Biard is a very small airport and the Sixt desk is only open when flights are arriving. At the end of the rental I left the car in the car park and the keys in the key box on the rental desk. When I turned on my phone after my plane landed there was an email confirming the good condition of the vehicle.
