Nous avons réservé un véhicule pour 4 jours à récupérer un dimanche.L'agence n'étant pas à proximité de la gare tgv d'Avignon un membre de l'équipe était sur place 10 minutes après mon appel ☎️Check In et Check Out ultra rapide par une équipe jeune et souriante.Je conseille rentacar avignon tgv, moins cher que des loueurs à la sortie de la gare.

1 étoile car on ne peut pas en mettre zéro, premièrement agence loin de la gare tgv où j’ai du me rendre en navette ce qui m’a fait rater mon train évidement le billet ne m’a pas était remboursé, personnel insolent GRAND MANQUE DE PROFESSIONALISME, et pour finir la voiture que j’ai louer devait être une classe affaire et je me suis retrouvée avec une citadine, sale de l’extérieur comme de l’intérieur, revoyez vraiment la qualité de service, je ne recommande absolument pas

Note: I am a fairly clueless American tourist. As this location is a 5 minute car ride from train station, they will come pick you up if you call them ahead of time, but they don't speak a lick of English so be prepared with some French. I had trouble entering my U.S. cell number in the reservation. Anyway we took an Uber over only to realize they are closed for lunch from 12-2pm, which is pretty common in France. Once they opened I entered the establishment and handed the front desk my passport for identification. After some grunting and hand waving with no success, the lady at the counter resorted to typing into google translate to communicate that the van I had reserved had been given away, as it was over 2 hours since my specified reservation time... Sigh... I was probably standing out front. The lady took pity on my situation and scrounged up a Renault Scenic. There was no way for everyone in my party to fit so half of us took an Uber to the VRBO where we were staying. Anyways, lesson learned, specify your pickup time slightly after you think you will be there, and not during the 12-2pm lunch hour. Otherwise the lady there was very nice and at least I was not stranded.

Good car hire experience overall. Booked Sicily by Car through Zest as good price etc (was a bit surprised as a long way from Sicily or even Italy! So perhaps not a surprise that run through French RentaCar). Had I booked Direct I might have realised before that it is not with other bigger companies who are based by the north gate of the TGV terminal. But following the instructions to call on arrival led to a van picking us up and taking us about three minutes away. Everything very efficient on site but speaking a little French will certainly help. Water and toilet available at the office. Drop off again efficient. Opened at 0900 sharp and I was shuttled back to the terminal and there by 0915 so any fear of missing train relieved. So my conclusion is, if price is right don’t be put off by it being away from the station itself.

L'agence est situé à 2km de la gare,mais un système de navette est mis en place. Un personne vient vous chercher et vous ramène après la restitution.Les véhicules sont récents, bien équipés et ont peu de kilométrage.Le personnel est très sympathique.

J avais un peu peur de choisir un loueur un peu plus loin que ses concurrents de la gare tgv d Avignon mais les prix très attractifs m ont décidés …dans un premier temps … et je ne regrette pas . Le personnel est très accueillant et la jeune femme qui s est occupé de notre check in ainsi que du check out à été au top (efficace , serviable ,souriante…. ) … pour ce qui est du service navette …arrivée pour le retour du véhicule à 14h10 à l Agence ….sur le quai de la gare 15 minutes plus tard … rien à dire de plus si ce n est que je renouvellerai l expérience !

I was really impressed with this car rental firm in Avignon. Kind, helpful team with none of the nonsense you often get with car rental places. They ran a shuttle service to the TGV station so the fact that they are further out than the other companies was no issue.

Upgraded" to a electrique car for "free". The only thing they won't say is that you are supposed to run only the km limitation of 400km (no extra otherwise you can find yourself spending more time to find a car regarcher than actually riding around. The opposite of what they say

Attention ! Cette agence est à 20mn à pied de la gare ils vous diront qu’il y a des navettes mais le temps de la trouver vous serez arrivé . Vous appelez pour prévenir que vous aurez 1 h de retard (18h30 au lieu de 17h30) bim 30€ de plus pour une 208 et lorsque vous les appelez pour avoir une facture on vous répond de voir avec la centrale de réservation Rentalcars ( une lettre qui change attention) et eux vous disent d’appeler l’agence , donc oui passez votre chemin car ils ne vont pas vous faciliter la vie.

J’ai loué un véhicule pour quelques jours dans cette agence. La voiture était nickel. L’équipe est souriante et professionnelle. Nous étions en retard pour prendre notre train, nous l’avons signalé à la dame de l’accueil qui a réalisé le Check out aussi vite que possible. Grâce à elle, nous avons pu avoir notre train. Je recommande a 100% et je reviendrai chez eux pour ma prochaine location. Ps :ils viennent vous chercher et vous ramène à la gare grâce à service de navette.
