Sur Les Quais de Colmar

プチベニスの景色の中のに宿泊するということが嬉しかった。外観は、コロンバージュの可愛いお家。お部屋の窓からの景色はプチベニス。部屋の中からアルザスを楽しめた。オーナーは明るい方で、お部屋について丁寧に説明してくれて、美味しい夕食の場所や観光地も教えてくれた。フランスなのに、英語で大丈夫だった。観光地までのアクセスも良く、周りに飲食店もたくさんあった。エレベーターがないので歩けない子供連れだと少し大変かもしれないが、階段の下スペースにベビーカーを置いて大丈夫だと言ってもらえた。お部屋の中は、アルザスの絵やぬいぐるみが飾ってあって可愛かった。

We can't say enough good about this stay! Anne, the owner met us and took us to the Apartment. We were in town for the Christmas Markets for our first time. The apartment is located less than 5 minutes walk from the Christmas Market. The building is almost 400 years old, but the apartment was exceptionally large - even by American standards. It had 3 bedrooms, a full sized kitchen, large living room/sitting area. Anne took the time to explain where to go, what to buy and not buy, what museums to see and avoid and answered all our questions. The French Railway was on strike while we were there and Anne was extremely accommodating with us. We weren't sure how or if we were getting into and back out of town and Anne offered to pick us up at the train station and when we had to leave a day early, she offered to drive us to Basel, Switzerland herself. This was such an amazing place to stay. We highly recommend it!!

Wir haben im Dezember 22 drei Tage gebucht und (da keine Kreditkarten akzeptiert wurden) mit einer Echtzeitüberweisung die Hälfte überwiesen. Das PDF der Überweisung haben wir an die Vermieterin gemailt. Zwei Tage vor unserer Ankunft hat sie die Buchung storniert, weil der Betrag bei ihr nicht eingegangen sei (trotz Bankbestätigung). Bis heute (03.01.23) hat sie den Betrag nicht zurücküberwiesen. Wir werden nie wieder eine Buchung tätigen, bei der Western Union oder Banküberweisung gefordert wird, wie in diesem Fall. Schlichtweg Betrug !
