The business owner contested or reported this review so I’m editing to be reposted again!our first call and was polite, professional and responsive. In hindsight, we should have been cautious -- the lady hung up on us mid call saying her battery drained -- while the call back kept ringing.Next she follows up with email after midnight the third day. All good info and pretty professional including being upfront about costs.When we say Ok let's do it - please send the proposal to sign" she went off the radar.Emailed three times. No answer. Delayed and put us at a risk of tax penalty for late filing!Extremely disappointed but glad there are always other options."

Getting ghosted after there were several mistakes in my taxes declaration.

More than one month after I was promised a reply within one week (from Stephanie Mensah-Zukong) still no reply.
