Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch. Direkt in der Altstadt von Colmar. Parkplatz im parkhaus ist inklusive und die Wohnung ist wunderbar! Wir waren leider nur 1 Nacht hier aber die Wohnung lädt dazu ein sich auch für mehrere Tage wohl zu fühlen. Sehr viel Liebe zum Detail.Auch wenn es schön ist den Parkplatz zu haben, muss man wissen das man erst ins parkhaus einfahren muss (1 Std gratis). Dann zur Wohnung gehen, die parkkarte aus der schlüsselbox nehmen, zurück zum parkhaus, herausfahren und mit der neuen Karte wieder hereinfahren. Das gleiche Prozedere beim herausfahren da mit der Karte ja rausgefahren werden muss. Das beeinträchtigt aber nicht die Bewegung, ist aber etwas umständlich. Zudem sind es eig 2 Stockwerke und eine sehr enge Treppe.

Reservation email had a clear pin to reach keys in a box outside the apartment, but there was also another pin later in text. Confusing and not our fault. Phone number we got from them to give help if needed DID NOT answer and either email, so we where forced to take a hotel near by. Later received correct pin, but too late. They did not return our money even we did not stay there and confusing information was not our fault. Also Booking recommended to return the money, but no. When they do things like this be aware you might be loosing your money. Unreliable!

Ελλειπής επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη, ζήτησα διευκρινίσεις και δεν δόθηκαν ποτέ. Η πόρτα δεν κλειδώνει και ανοίγει εύκολα από τον οποιοδήποτε. Τις θερμές ημέρες πρέπει να είναι ανυπόφορα ζεστό καθώς δεν υπάρχει ούτε ανεμιστήρας και υποχρεωτικά ανοίγεις παράθυρα που συνεπάγεται ζωύφια και μυρωδιές από το εστιατόριο κάτω. Δεν υπάρχει αφρολουτρο και καλή καθαριότητα. Στο ντους υπήρχαν τρίχες και η θερμάστρα για τις πετσέτες ήταν γεμάτη σκόνη. Δύο αστέρια για την τοποθεσία και την αίσθηση του παραδοσιακού αλσατικου καταλύματος.

Nice apartment but owner was not responsive at all when we needed help. Called for 4 hours and afterwards we were told that she was not responsible anyways, not a nice way to handle clients
