This is the most beautiful shopping mall I've ever seen! I visited at Christmas time, and the decorations were super cool.Inside the main bldg, there was a fiber optic light show, every 30 minutes. It was in the dome above, surrounding the Christmas tree, and featured dancing bumble bees. The mall itself is 6 or 7 levels high, is positioned along all 4 corners of a major intersection, and includes tons of regular name and high end department stores, for shopping.MUST SEE/DO, WHEN IN PARIS!

I could write a book on this shop. Though, I’ll control myself for Google Review and just do a few lines.In a nutshell this place is exceptional. People are quite nice and always willing to help / support you in your choice.It’s maybe the only place in Paris where you can compare so many brands so easily (all the best and finest brands are sold here).You have so many choice it’s incredible !Last but not least, it looks like they never close.. so convenient !A participant many thanks again to the whole team of the shirt floor (Seidensticker, Hast, Comptoir GL), for their time and advice !

Franchement je suis aller pour des sous-vêtements et quand on arrive nous voyons plein de vendeurs mais dans le rayon qui correspondait à mon souhait, bah cette personne avait pris sa pause déjeuner ce que je trouve logique. par contre pour une enseigne comme celle ci ce que je trouve aberrant c'est qu'il y est personne pour la remplacer le temps de sa pause . Et que le plus inadmissible c'est que les autres vendeurs nous regardent et nous disent moi je ne m'occupe pas de ce rayon et nous attendons comme des nuls (pendant facile 20 minutes) . J'étais fortement énervée

Had to return a watch that didn't work correctly and when I came back almost 3 months later after receiving no contact from the people on the desk in the men's section where I bought it and returned it, they had no paper or digital record of my visit. They couldn't contact the manager for me and even the man on the repair desk in the other building where they sent me was surprised they couldn't call the manager. I will be demanding action and what good answers from the manager. Avoid buying a watch here.
