Esperienza molto piacevole, abbiamo degustato sei vini della Borgogna, di cui quattro sono stati accostati ai formaggi del luogo. Emeline è molto preparata e disponibile. Poiché non conosciamo il francese, Emeline è stata molto gentile a condurre l'esperienza in inglese comunque in maniera interattiva.Consigliatissimo!

My partner and I participated in an incredible wine tasting and cheese pairing with Emeline. We had such a great time with excellent wines from the region as well as very knowledgeable explanations from Emeline about the individual wines. The experience was made even better by her personal relationship with many of the owners of the wineries and her experience with the winemaking process. She even explained everything in English for us, which was so appreciated as we don't speak French. We had an amazing time!

Anche se abbiamo affittato un'auto per visitare i paesini della Borgogna e le sue cantine, abbiamo preferito non sfidare gli etilometri. Così la degustazione l'abbiamo fatta in città a Digione e non ce ne siamo pentiti. Esperienza molto piacevole da molti punti di vista. Per l'accoglienza: Emeline ci ha accolti con simpatia e calore, ha aperto praticamente per noi anche se inizialmente il locale doveva restare chiuso. Per la competenza: ci ha spiegato tutto in modo semplice ma dettagliato, si vede che conosce benissimo la materia. Per la qualità dei prodotti: vini e formaggi stupendi. Se passate da Digione dovete fare un salto qui.

Emeline è stata disponibile ed accogliente e ci ha dato molte informazioni sui vini e sui formaggi della Borgogna. Inoltre la degustazione è possibile anche in inglese. Ottima esperienza!

I participated in the workshop on how to taste wine today and it was absolutely perfect. Emeline is an incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and fun host, and I learned so much about the wines of Dijon, wine tasting in general, and so much more. Emeline is born, raised, and educated in the region and has a deep appreciation for its history, people, and wines—adding a lot of depth to the workshop. I highly recommend her workshops to anyone and hope to be back in Dijon again to have a tour with her!
