Lovely location with beautiful handmade art. Mugs, pillowcases, tea sets, towels, etc. All made by the owner's wife!! The story behind them is even cooler. Look up the story of Normandie poppies to learn about how a famous photo and the woman behind it bridged the divide between loved ones and their fallen soldiers here in Normandie. Now poppies are everywhere in Normandie as a symbol of that bond, and this is the best place to buy Memorabilia from that time!!!Make this stop!!!

This is a lovely and unique shop on the main street leading away from the Bayeux Tapestry Museum. The products, which are all designed by the shop's owner (who for some reason doesn't have her name on her card!), are eye-catching and very lovely. I bought a beautiful cushion cover for a sister who loves Bayeux and who loves flowers. These are the sorts of unique businesses I feel we must all try to support while traveling--and it's a pleasure!

Disgusting shop owner. He yelled at my six year old daughter, named Poppy, because she was holding on of his fake poppies (which were for sale) that were displayed outside his shop so I could take a photo of her holding it. For someone who depends on tourism money, his behavior was beyond reprehensible. We went to the shop hoping to buy something because of my daughter’s name, but the items were both overpriced and ugly, matching the owner’s behavior. He is a disgusting representation of Bayeux. If he doesn’t want people touching his merchandise, he should open a museum instead.
