Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Arbeit. Dach- und Fassadenisolation wurden gut gemacht. Auf dem Dachboden wurde auch ein Podest zur weiteren Lagerung gebaut. Preislich alles top und wie besprochen. Extra Lob an den Mitarbeiter Bernt, immer sehr angenehm und vielseitig.

Am 9. Dezember war die Firma bei uns vor Ort, um ein Angebot auszuarbeiten für die Renovierung unseres Vorgarten sowie der Fassade. Bis heute warten wir auf das Angebot trotz mehrmaligem Vertrösten, dass es nur noch eine Frage der Zeit sei. Wenn das Bauvorhaben nicht lukrativ genug ist könnte man wenigstens den Mut haben dem Kunden abzusagen und ihm somit Klarheit geben.

Renocon is a company I have mixed emotions about. They remodel my kitchen, insolated my roof, and built a 75 meter square terrace for my family.The builders are the best I have ever seen in my five years of renovating my home in Luxembourg. They truly love their trade and will do whatever they can with-in their limitedpowers to make the customer happy.The owner/management of the company is extremely over worked and cannot manage the work load he has accumulated. Plus, he is not willing to allow his fantastic employees to make financial or on-the-spot correction without his approval.Thru-out our experience with the manangment and owner of the company. They will get you in a contract and then they will not return your calls or respond to emails. He gets extremely upset whenever you dispute an item on the Invoice resulting in stoppage of work. Then work will not resume for at a minimum of one month. He repeatedly tried to double charge us for work or even work that hasn't been done. Resulting in us having to fire the company.Whenever the owner is in your present's he is very calm and collective. He truly know what he is doing. He really wants to provide a good service but he can't because the company is too overwhelmed.If you hire this company. Make sure to double check your invoices and ensure he updates your contract.
