A l'aéroport au terminal 1 à 9h du matin nous voulions commander 2 cafés. Mais surprise arrivés à la caisse et après 10 minutes dans la file, un membre du personnel nous dit : 10 minutes d'attente!!! (Soit disant trop de commandes!!!)C'est vrai que c'est compliqué de faire 2 cafés en étant 4 derrière le comptoir et surtout qu'ils ne le signale à personne dans la file d'attente!!!Bref à bâtir et à fuir...Je penses qu'il faut changer de métier et embaucher du personnel qui envoie...

This was my first time at Joe & The Juice and also my last.I ordered a cold drink and waited for it. All the other customers behind me got their drinks before me, until I asked the service staff if they had forgotten me. She then asked my name and prepared my drink.But she made the drink hot and not iced, I pointed out to her that I had ordered iced.I think she made my drink extra badly because the matcha latte was undrinkable and she didn't even look at me with an angry expression on her face.It's incredible that you have to pay 6.10€ for it.Never!

The young people serving are rather playing among each other while tables left dirty. Coffee is terrible. Sandwich ok but used to be warmer. Juice not the same as used to be. The shop is still profiting from its previous success but it's really going down. I couldn't drink the coffee. Left it at their counter. Non of the servers cared or noticed.

I’d even not give them any star! Very bad service, everything is served on the paper tissue. No plates, no serving tablets and I guess also no class. The smallest latte macchiato in the world for the price of a normal one. I feel everything else than welcomed here. Very unfriendly service, I’d not recommend this place, don’t loose your money here.

Très mauvaise expérience, la vendeuse peu aimable, limite on a l impression de déranger, c est cher 8e le spiruline bowl pour voir arriver un pot qui pourrait contenir 2 boules de glace, la salle Très sale et il est 8h du matin, heureusement qu il n y ait pas de toilette à disposition, je craindrais le pire,c'est une honte de proposer un tel service, à des prix aussi exorbitant. Passez vite chemin...

Service execrable. Pas un sourire de la caissière, pas un bonjour, on « embête » ce staff de jeunes employes très très à l’aise, en commandant. Je précise que ce n’est pas le rush, pas plus de clients qui attendent. On mange des maltesers sur le comptoir, on plaisante avec ses amis, on hurle, chill…Et puis une jeune fille staff très à l’aise vous pose une question:- serveuse: vous attendez quoi??- oui, j’attends ma commande- serveuse: HEINN??Je répète ma commande simplement. Et elle me reponds que ce n’est là sèchement.Mais où sommes nous? Je n’ai jamais vu ça. J’adore Jo&the juice, mais mon dieu quel est ce staff deplorable à nice airport. Une personne du siège/RH ou un retail manager devrait sérieusement regarder de plus près l’experience client. Certes en aeroport, plus difficile, mais là c’est de l’irrespect. C’est juste choquant que les clients se sentent presque mal, doit on les remercier d’accepter de travailler? :)

Not exactly sure why the previous reviews are so hit and miss.We had a chicken sandwich with jalapenos, turmeric and ginger shots, and the truffle chocolates, all before our flight to Barcelona.The staff was prompt, and kind - and the food was amazing. Fresh, wholesome and nutritious as well. The portion size for the price was great. Tempted to have gotten a smoothie but time was too tight - eagerly waiting the next time to return to Nice to fly out of this airport again.

J'adore l'esprit lounge cosy musique House un peu forte et la qualité des produits, un peu moins les prix... le sandwich est délicieux mais attention à ne pas vous mordre les doigts, ça a goût de trop peu. Pour autant, je recommande vivement cette adresse autour de moi pour celles et ceux qui veulent croquer un morceau avant de décoller ! Les jus de fruits sont terribles, les sandwichs délicieux et le personnel adorable... manque un peu de propreté sur et sous les tables pour rendre cet endroit parfait... à chaque fois que je prends l'avion, je passe chez Joe quand c'est possible... Merci :)

Yay! We were waiting for our flight, and my husband stumbled on this place. Little did I expect to be-able to get A GLUTEN FREE PANINI!! They were open about how they try to be mindful of cross-contamination. They made mine on a separate cutting board with a separate knife. I got the tuna with avocado panini and the iron man .. smoothie. Both delicious, nice people working behind the counter. I am celiac and didn’t get sick! So thankful and happy!
