En el aeropuerto de Orly compramos con nuestro hijo un balón de fútbol asegurándonos la persona de la tienda por dos veces que podíamos montarlo en el avión. Nuestra sorpresa fue que cuando fuimos a embarcar nos lo hicieron tirar". Deberían estar mejor informados y no engañar así a las personas porque ya no es el dinero sino el disgusto del niño. Seguimos sin respuesta por parte de la empresa y nos sentimos estafados

I bought a pair of Muvit ear buds in the main travel boutique in the Eurostar departure terminal at the Gare du Nord at 07:37 on Friday 27 January. They never charged so I was never able to use them. I took them to an electronics repair shop in the UK. They told me there was probably a faulty connection in the charging box.So I thought it would be good/normal/acceptable to get some replacement ear buds or a refund.The receipt has Lagardere at the top of it - Lagardere TR France SNC, 122 rue de Mauberge - so I called Lagardere Retail France on 01 40 87 26 00. The first person I spoke to took my number and said she'd get someone to call me back. Nobody did. The second person I spoke to said they couldn't help me, that I should get in touch with the shop (which is impossible because it's inside the Eurostar terminal and there's no telephone number for it on the internet), that I was calling the wrong number, that the shop couldn't be a Lagardere shop etc etc.This left me a bit sceptical about OSCAR, Lagardere's ISO9001-accredited customer service programme. And I warn anyone buying anything in shop behind passport control at an airport or an international railway station, if it says Lagardere on the receipt, you'd better like what you've bought because it's going to be impossible to get your money back or to talk to anyone from customer service.PS I would give zero stars but apparently that's not possible.

Avant de prendre notre train nous nous sommes arrêté boire un.Café. La personne qui nous a servie etait très mal polie et vraiment désagréable.
