Très mauvaise expérience cette année - dommage car cela fait plusieurs années que nos jeunes filles au pair font appel à cette école. Les cours au pair ne correspondent plus aux horaires des files au pair (8h30 le matin pour les niveaux débutants) et aucune alternative n’est proposée. Je vais sans doute perdre les arrhes versées (275€) qui ne sont pas remboursées par l’école « qui ne peut garantir les horaires des cours ».Impossible de parler à quelqu'un au téléphone car le numéro ne réponds jamais.

Would give zero stars if I could. Terrible terrible experience. TL:DR - I paid after asking if they had classes fitting my schedule only to find after I paid that they didn't and then they refused to give me a full refund, and I've still received no money back 90 days later.I signed up for a 5 week course in August to attend Sept-Oct and when I inquired via email if the times/dates would match my schedule (that I provided) based on what was expressed and shown on the website I was assured that there would be a enough classes to fit my schedule. When I arrived to get my student card I was informed that there absolutely no classes to fit my schedule. I had unfortunately already paid (which is a part of their process to take your money). I expressed that I was interested in a refund but they continued to offer non solutions i.e workshops and more extensive courses that when I inquired more about they said oh well actually that wouldn't make sense" so I was offered no real solution. When I finally said no thank you I just want a refund (for the second time) they refused to give me my full refund citing their policy and even saying since I asked "officially" for a refund the day after classes started that I shouldn't even get a refund. They said I would get 75% of my refund and that it would take up to 90 days. I had to make two more trips to the school to provide my banking details. 90 days later I still received no refund and no additional information. After reminding them to give me my refund and once again asking for my full refund due to poor communication and terrible timeliness they said "we've just now processed your refund and no you should feel lucky to receive even 75% of your refund" Would not recommend this headache at all. Wish I could actually speak to the quality of their teaching services but I unfortunately can only speak to how they are great at taking your money because of their convenient policies. Don't give them your money."

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at France Langue. The instructor was patient and gave us opportunities to practice our French in a variety of activities. We also took regular field trips to sites around Paris to gain a cultural perspective to the language.I appreciated that the school allowed for short-term language study and I would highly recommend France Langue to anyone!

I went here a few years ago, and my professor made fun of me to a point where I felt so discouraged and stopped going to class. Hopefully she has stopped teaching there by now, but I will never forget that experience.

An amazing french school! I am taking classes at the Paris - Victor Hugo location during my year au pairing in Paris. Amazing teachers, wonderful location, great kesson plans. I feel like I'm learning so much already!Also there is so many extra perks for students, like clubs, day trips, and so much more. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to learn French in France!...Une école français excellente! Je me sens comme j'apprends beaucoup déjà!Aussi, il y a tellement d'avantage pour les étudiants, comme les clubs, les excursions, et plus. Je recommanderais à tous ceux qui veulent apprendre français en France!

Ich war für sechs Wochen in der France Langue Sprachschule und bin begeistert. Zehn Jahre (!) war es her, seit meinem letzten Französischunterricht. Ich begann also fast bei 0 und musste mein Wissen zuerst wieder abstauben. Die Lehrer waren super kompetent und verstehen es auf die einzelnen Schüler einzugehen. Im Klassenzimmer herrschte stets gute Stimmung und damit ein gutes Lernklima. Ich würde die France Langue jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Dear Mr. Mickael:Thank you for your interest in relation to my stayng and the course at France Langue(FL).My staying was quite tiredsome,[. Île de France residence was really comfortable but quite far from the Metro Station. 40 minutes walking. The course at FL wasn't profitable comparing to the two first (2015 and 2017) as the teachers Caroline and Catherine dedicated 1 hour and a half of every single class just asking the students endless and insisting questions like How was your last evening/weekend? Quite boring

老師跟同學都很優秀，我在這裡學到很多！

Truly enjoyed taking classes here, great mix of students. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back!
