We almost didn’t find it! Google Maps located not very helpful. Entrance is off of rue de Mogador, located next to Cafe Brasserie. Was able to get useful pamphlets and purchase the museum pass here. Overall, great resource for travelers.

Helpful and knowledgeable - just what you need from an info centre!

I went there to recover a concert ticket, since they also provide that service.I had a very particular problem in recovering that ticket since the concert was a 2020 concert that was cancelled 2 times since then due to Covid.I met with a very bad attitude from a completely incompetent employee who refused to help. Refused, even though the client service of the company i bought the ticket from, told me when i called that the person in the counter should call their Hotline to help her print my ticket.She not only refused, but insulted me by saying to go to the internet if i want to solve my problem.Good client service shows when there is a problem. There was no one after me, she had nothing to do, she just didn't care.I finally got my ticket from another store, where this time, a very helpful lady did what their client service told them to do and printed the ticket in 1 minute.
