Hôtel Novotel Paris Gare de Lyon
We had a great time here with our team. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Great service.The breakfast had a nice selection and even the croissants are great. (They are amazing in Paris but in hotels they are often not the best)I was happy to be friendly greeted by Asse in the morning. He was always so friendly and helpful. I’m sure next time we come to Paris we will book this place again.

Hôtel Novotel Paris Gare de Lyon
Location is extremely hard to beat and room is decent size however they provide no toiletries and only one bottle of water each day for 2 people (extras are chargeable and tap water is drinkable anws). Have to either use the coffee table or small stool to set luggage up. A first experience with a “4-star” being so sparse. The thermostat also seems to be inconsistent and sometimes not working. Staff were helpful and the room was clean though - although the daily cleaning is not as through (some trash left on the floor and surfaces left unclean) but I think as long as the room is clean when you first check in and you try to keep it clean throughout the visit it should not be a huge issue. It is also November now so room is not boiling without central air. Early check-in is available for 70€

Hôtel Novotel Paris Gare de Lyon
Le petit-déjeuner est un véritable délice, offrant une grande variété de mets délicieux pour bien commencer la journée. L'emplacement est très pratique, car il est situé à côté de la gare. Et pour couronner le tout, depuis notre chambre, nous avons pu admirer la majestueuse Tour Eiffel. Une expérience inoubliable qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus merveilleux !

Hôtel Novotel Paris Gare de Lyon
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel en famille. D'abord très pratique de par sa localisation, cet établissement fournit également de nombreuses prestations de qualité, le petit-déjeuner buffet est excellent ! La piscine est un réel plus pour se détendre. Les chambres sont confortables et bien agencées, propres. Mais ce qui fait la différence avec d'autres établissements, c'est surtout la qualité de l'accueil et le personnel efficace, souriant, agréable quelque soit le poste (réceptionniste, agents de ménage, accueil petit déjeuner...).Nous retournerons dans cet hôtel pour notre prochain séjour sur Paris.

Personnel à l'écoute. Belle chambre. Petit déjeuner parfait. Reproche : le prix demandé pour pouvoir bénéficier de la chambre avant ou après... les heures .. d'arrivees ou départs, exagérés [70 euros]. Surtout pour les membres...

Hôtel très bien situé, collé à la Gare de Lyon. Personnel à l’accueil très agréable et arrangeant, chambre disponible en avance. Petit cadeau offert pour les enfants. Chambre très confortable, avec boissons, cafés et thés offert. Chambre bien insonorisée. L’espace piscine est un véritable plus, pour un moment détente. Petit déjeuner avec énormément de choix, tout y est bon. Un gros plus pour les œufs brouillés, vraiment délicieux. Je recommande. C’est hôtel est vraiment très bien.

✅ Good hotel / basic 4 stars ♥️I had an executive room which was spacious with a large corner view and a large bathroom. Closet, TV, and a safe. Overall room is good, calm and silent. The only thing is that it looks old and cheap.The lobby is renovated and attractive.I did not tested the breakfast you are in Paris go to a real pastry !

The receptionist was extremely pleasant. So nice and friendly. Made us feel very welcome. She was great with our 2 young kids, too. The bar staff were very polite and helpful too. Overall a very very polite squad.

Nous avons passé 1 nuit dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal pour prendre le train.Tout le personnel de l’hôtel a été très agréable (petit jeu offert à l’accueil pour notre fils de 3 ans)Mais une Note particulière a CISSE MAKAN du petit déjeuner qui a été FORMIDABLE. Habitués aux hôtels, nous avons rarement vu quelqu’un d’aussi gentil et d’aussi serviable. Donc merci à lui pour tout !!!

Excellent location - step outside, walk a few metres at you're at the Gare de Lyon. Spacious room/bathroom for Paris hotels. Good amount of storage space. Large television. Refrigerator. Friendly/helpful staff. The gym had all the equipment we needed.Disliked · 1. The shower area could have been designed better - one has to step into a deep bathtub (might be difficult for some) and the shower water is difficult to contain, bathroom floor gets pretty wet.2. No iron in room.3. Limited Vegetarian menu and no Vegan options for lunch/dinner. Only had the breakfast buffet once: one can find some Vegan options but was disappointed with overall quality of fruit/breads.4. Coffee was not good.
