Very dissorganised establishmentThere is no current system of alerts for recieving packages. Even if package is large enought to fit in the letter box it's kept at reception.Another thing is the reception is very hard to get hold of.This is the situation quite often during published work time.IF URGENT SEND A MAIL? in what world urgent mail is going to solve anything?Few weeks ago i have been contacted that there will be conractors coming into the flat to do something with shower doors. ONE day before this date i received a mail that the date is actually going to be a day after the previous date. So not only I had had to cancel all my meetings for these 2 days but also NOBODY SHOWED UP! Hey maybe it's the contractors fault but how would I know since there is nobody at reception.Plus the stairs are super dirty."

A very very expensive rent who is closed to 700 euro per person. And far away from the city center.Besides, a lot of fine are waiting for you such as penalty for irreparable dirt. Even you have been obligatory to afford the cleaning cost twice a month.Not to mention the stupid staff always criticize the renter.Well, the receptionists are ok.Go there if you are too lazy to find any where else.

I do not advice.actually it is expensive and it is equipped with very low quality staff (cups, cutting board , dishes ...). I get a cutting board which is used and in a mid condition, after I left the room they charged me for 25 euros for this cutter knowing that it is of very low quality. I cleaned all the room before I left, and when they checked the room they mentioned that every thing is clean except the sink faucets and the kitchen faucets and they charge me 30 euros that !!do not go there unless you do not find any other place to go!!!

Attention, vous devrez payer les frais de dossier et les frais de garantie à votre arrivée. Spacious rooms with good provision of basics. However has no Air conditioning for the summer which is unbearable. Further, the receptionist and staff are quite unfriendly.

[2.5 stars]Rented from August 2020-June? 2021Only got half of my deposit back (missing brush pan which couldn't have been more than 5 euros, one(?) broken light in the bathroom and general wear and tear).Was decent enough for Erasmus year if you can't get into student accommodation. But you might be better off trying to find private accommodation and teaming up with students. Get an Airbnb and ask around.Don't expect air conditioning - this is Europe not America. You'll survive, get a fan. This is the South of France, after all.There was a burglary around Christmas time. They tightened security (after emailing a week after the burglary took place) after the Christmas break, but then there was the third confinement. [Edit: but I am unsure how much ‘tightening’ was done - may have been bullsh*t. I was not one of the rooms affected.]I found the location alright - Talence and parks within walking distance. It's close enough to the tram links. Half an hour to the centre of Bordeaux, 15-20 minutes to Sciences Po and I think it's fairly close to the Université de Bordeaux.Monthly rent was fairly reasonable, and reception staff were helpful when needed.[reviewed edited. original review was posted 8 months prior to the edit]

- Appartements corrects mais extrêmement chers pour la surface et l'emplacement (le loyer monte également tous les ans)- Retenues abusives de caution pour des montants disproportionnés, et un gérant n'ayant même pas la décence d'assumer ses pratiques pourtant décomplexées- Prestations indiquées sur le site très peu présentes et/ou intéressantes (sauf la laverie et la réception des colis qu'ils avaient arrêté de récupérer avec la Covid)A fuir mais s'il n'y a aucune d'alternative, les logements restent d'une relative qualité et proches des différents établissements. Faire cependant très attention à l'état des lieux d'entrée, remplacement des consommables (pour ne pas les voir facturés plusieurs fois leur prix), ménage, usure, etc...

Je ne recommande absolument pas cette résidence pour de nombreuses raisons, en voici un petit aperçu :- Prix très élevé pour un quartier moyen et appartements faiblement équipés- Prix des loyers qui augmente une fois le contrat de bail signé (et ce même pendant l'époque des confinements, alors que beaucoup n'occupaient même pas l'appartement)- Sécurité proche de 0 : un individu à volé un badge donnant accès à tous les logements et a pu cambrioler plus d'une dizaine d'appartements et ce même quand les gens dormaient (cela n'a pas inquiété outre mesure la résidence, qui a dénié toute responsabilité)- Propreté moyenne (mon appartement était infesté" d'insectes poissons d'argent)- Amabilité moyenne : exemple : l'accueil qui refuse de réceptionner mon colis à cause du covid-19- Cerise sur le gâteau : envoi du chèque de caution bien après la date promise et se permettent de faire le pro-rata
