Toujours aussi agréable de dîner dans ce lieu qui maintient un très très bon niveau de qualité année après année.Côté cuisine, le menu en 6 temps avec l'accord mets vins est certes costaud mais mérite de se laisser tenter. Une mention spéciale pour la blanquette. Les vins étaient de très bonne tenue et le service attentionné.

I still find myself astonished as I write this review by the quality of the cuisine in relation to the substantial bill I received for my solo dining experience, particularly noting that it did not include any wine.The Cassoulet, touted as their special, left much to be desired in terms of flavor and seasoning. It essentially comprised a pot of pinto beans and meat, which, given its price point of €36, raises questions about the culinary expertise behind its creation of blandness. One might wonder whether the chefs responsible have had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the art of gastronomy.Proceeding to the appetizer, the Pate lacked the expected depth of taste, and the dough crust appeared noticeably aged and dry probably because it’s been in the fridge for a while. The dessert, a Paris Brest, suffered from an excess of sweetness, primarily attributed to an overly generous application of caramel sauce.What compounded my dining experience was the waiter’s inquiry regarding leaving a tip upon settling the bill. This even conflicted with the establishment’s menu, which clearly states that the gratuity is already included in the exorbitant pricing structure.

Great experience, ambiance is true to the region it is inspired after. Food was excellent! Risotto was foamy and savory, prawns perfectly cooked and with a tandoori flavor. Soufflé was decadent!

I asked for sparkling water and the waiter gave me 3 options, since I am not familiar with the french water brands I asked him to choose for us and he probably chose the most expensive, I mean 12€ for a bottle of water is ridiculous. He should have informed me on the prices. Then we ordered 500ml of red wine which they charged for 38€ but the wine was very bad in taste, very average cheap wine without label, moreover the next day I had severe hangover. The food in general is ok but I felt as they did not treat as well, they only care about charging more. I will not visit this restaurant again.

Went for dinner and had the fixed menu with 3 dishes. Had the cheese plate in the beginning - it was very good. Steak as main entree was probably not a good choice. Others likes their dishes. Wine list is large and the server was helpful with picking out bottles.

Excellent surprise. Au premier abord ça peut paraître cher avec une carte un peu « classique » mais ne vous arrêtez pas sur cette première impression : des escargots à la blanquette en passant par le pain le fromage et le pavé de thon… tout est absolument délicieux. Avec de très bons produits et le sens du détail. Seul point négatif : ma copine et moi ne saurons pas expliquer à nos mères respectives que nous avons trouvé meilleure blanquette et meilleurs escargots ailleurs (désolé maman si tu lis cet avis)

The forth time in this place and I have yet to finish the cassoulet (the portion is enormous).I enjoy this rustic restaurant a lot. Great ambience and superb food.In my opinion, the cassoulet last night was not as good as what I used to have (still a great dish after all). First time ordering the sweetbread and it was done exceptionally well.I will get back to training and be back to finish the cassoulet someday!

Repas bon, les plats sont traditionnels et simples mais très bon. Les produits utilisés sont de qualitésPar contre je suis habitué à ce que toute la table doive choisir le même menu, par contre c'est la première fois que je vois un restaurant qui oblige à prendre les vin apaires pour toute la table obligatoirement si une ou plusieurs personnes veulent le commander.Autre problème, pas mal d'attente et plus problématique une personne sur les 4 avait fini son plat quand les 3 autres ont enfin été servis.
