Rip-off, do not go there. We got quoted an extortionate amount of money: ski gear for three over 4 days: 391 euros. We found prices 171 euros cheaper across the street.That’s so dishonest. I am so glad we did not hire with this lot.

Très déçus de l'accueil dans cet boutique. En effet nous avons clairement eu l'impression de déranger en arrivant. Deux personnes étaient au comptoir caisse mais aucun ne nous a regardé ni simplement dit bonjour. Bref nous avons tout de même malgré cet accueil, souhaité louer un kit complet snowboard pour notre fils et en arrivant à l appartement nous nous sommes rendus compte que rien n'était réglé pour les chaussures. Ma femme.aurait été seule, elle envoyait notre fils à son cours comme cela !!! Bref une honte ! Pas prêts d'y retourner car au retour, même accueil !

The equipment was good, but the service was not optimal. When we came in they quickly gave us some equipment without asking us which package we wanted or informing us about prices. When we came back with the equipment after 5 days they told us that the helmets that they gave us where not included in the contract. We then had to pay 50 euro more than the originally agreed upon price.

I had pre-booked my skis on-line. As usual I did not pay attention to the opening hours. I had arrived on a Thursday minutes after 12.30 p.m. The shop was meant to be closed for lunch but Issam opened up for me just so I could get my skis and that allowed my to have a whole afternoon on skis! On the Friday I was back to rent a transceiver, shovel and probe. Again, excellent service with Issam and the manager (I don't know his name). The shovel was metal but very light and they checked to make sure I knew how to use the equipment. Every person I have interacted with in the shop has been very helpful and friendly, and may I also say - 'ungrumpy'! Thank you for making my stay in Chamonix and the rental experience so pleasant.
