Freelance since 1998, I have worked with a wide range of European, American and Asian market research companies, initially on multi-sector projects (IT, automotive, FMCG, media, public sector, luxury goods, fashion/beauty, tourism, retail, food processing, energy, industrial, transport, construction, business services, etc.).

My curiosity about innovation and science led me to specialize in healthcare studies in 2007. Since then, I've been interviewing doctors from all specialities every week, with a strong demand for oncology, immunology and haematology in recent years. I also interview a large number of patients, usually suffering from serious illnesses, and their carers.

In 2014, I joined the French team of STEM Healthcare, which helps life science companies to optimise their performance by measuring the alignment between their brand strategy and the execution at every stage of the product lifecycle. Today, STEM is an international network of expert interviewers and observers who commit themselves each and every day in projects where excellence is required.

STEM has given me the opportunity to attend several hundred meetings involving doctors and the sales or medical teams of the biggest pharmaceutical companies. These exchanges opened my eyes to the real lives of Hcp.

Because I've been working for STEM for nearly 10 years, my knowledge of the various therapeutic areas is broader, and the qualitative interviews I moderate are enriched by the links I weave between the answers I'm given and my experience of real-life.

Today, I'm pursuing my path by combining interviews through my activity as a moderator, and observation of real life through my activity for STEM.

My clients and I save time thanks to the access I give them to my diary via Calendly (to plan briefings, interviews and the necessary follow-up discussions) and I make my personal Zoom meeting room available to their project if they wish.
