Andrew and his team have sold two properties for us, both sold within only a few weeks and because of this we passed Andrew on to some friends who sold quickly too. I have had the pleasure of making use of Andrew Merchant’s services three times for different property deals (house, land and additional barns). The house was the first one we looked at when we had decided to buy in France. Andrew was thoroughly professional, helpful on all levels and made the whole purchase a pleasure even though 90% of the transaction was done whilst we were in the UK. Andrew went out of his way to keep us appraised on any possible additions to our property and acted as go between even when he was not getting commission. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase property in the Limousin area.

Andrew and all at Cendrillon are professional and have sold 2 properties for us. Both sales were made quickly and in difficult circumstances due to covid. Andrew was always extremely professional, helpful and worked hard to make sure the right buyers came through our door. The first property sold to the first viewer and the second sold via video tour on line. Andrew then handled the whole process from initial signing to completion with the utmost of care and full attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Cendrillon (and often do) to handle both your sale and purchase of your home.
