I use Enterprise a lot and usually its great, but I would avoid using this branch. Called ahead to check which terminal branch I should go to (flying terminal 3), told terminal 1. On arrival told, falsely, that I didn't provide flight details. Had to wait 15 minute for car. Car of the wrong class was then delivered (a mini). The agent claimed it was the same class until I proved it wasn't on their own website. They claimed they were unable to refund the difference between the car I ordered and the one I got. Then had to wait another 15 minutes for the correct car.

Easy check in and car rental a bit impersonal but rented for 1 day before cruise. Yes they have a bus you can board to get to port with receipt for free.

Ne pas louer chez ENTERPRISE.Malgré mon honnêteté pour les avoir prévenu d'un accro dans le pneu, non vu lors de la prise du véhicule. ENTERPRISE ma facturer les 155€ de franchise. Malgré plusieurs relance auprès du service Client et de l'agence de Roissy (CDG) aucune réponse. Il ne rappel jamais.De plus lors de la prise du véhicule, celle-ci été salle à l'intérieure malgré des sois disant mesure COVID-19. Vu l'état de celle-ci je doute qu'une désinfection est eu lieu. Je ne recommande donc surtout pas de loué chez eux. D'autant plus qu'il y a plein d'autre loueur à coté.

We rented a Ford Gala, which is a van to hold 5 of us and luggage.Our flight arrived at T2, no one at counter, but sign said to proceed outside. Helped right away, everyone understood English and very pleasant. I turned down the extra insurance, no hassle. If you are really concerned there could be an issue, get a letter of verification from your credit card company showing you are covered. I did, but not needed. It was explained to me that a deposit of 250 would be on hold on my credit card and taken off when returned. In Europe I find they go over the rental car VERY carefully before handing you the keys, not like in the US. He showed me the price I was being charged, I signed and an email was sent to me. I was sent an email shortly before returning the car as a reminder. Reading it I noticed that the return was at T1, which is in a parking garage. Don't know if this was because it was on a Sunday.There is good signage in English showing you were to go(voitures means cars) Return went smooth and yes they were once again going over the car looking for any issues. We took the CDGVAL (airport tram) back to our hotel stop, you can also take it to any terminal for free.

I am posting this part of my review more than once bc we went to more than one terminal of Enterprise in CDG.Do not rent at the airport. take a taxi and rent at a further location.Additionally, even though we paid for the EXTRA insurance (which is not necessary with Costco bc you have liability coverage), they still put a 250e hold on our credit card. Bear in mind, we had already paid for the liability insurance. Our credit card charges for each euro fee, so even if they credit your cc for the return, you still will incur a 3 or 4e charge for the transaction. This is quite frustrating and redundant if you already have paid extra for the insurance.When we returned the car, they wouldn't budge on removing the excess fees they had charged us. They said it was bc of how we had booked the reservation. yes, as a travel agent, I perfectly understand. Costco sells the rental cars for rock bottom price, so that the companies hardly make a profit. to get around this, alamo / enterprise was charging an hefty fee, as they said to recoup" the discount. Wow. They had orginally told me it was taxes. I told them my confirmation included taxes. Then they said it was a surcharge for the way I had booked it. Nous avons fait appel à Rentacar pour un trajet professionnel en retour simple Roissy - Limoges.Le retour du véhicule s'est fait en boîte à clé. A la récupération du véhicule le lundi, l'agence de Limoges a signalé un léger déboitement de l'habillage plastique sur le devant (non identifiable à l'état des lieux de départ comme étant un défaut). Ils ont profité du fait que la remise des clés ne s'était pas faite en direct pour nous faire porter le chapeau de ce petit défaut non visible à l'état des lieux de départ. Impossible d'obtenir un retour par mail ou par téléphone de l'agence de départ à Roissy, et au total plus de 400€ de réparation ont été prélevés sur mon compte dont une partie sans prévenir juste avant noël. Actuellement ils espèrent probablement que je meure d'épuisement en démarches administratives entre banques, protections juridiques et assurances diverses, sans arriver à joindre les bons interlocuteurs. Donc un conseil, fuyez ces agences qui profiteront de toute occasion pour vous facturer des frais supplémentaires. Ils sont déjà blacklistés de mon entreprise.

Clean place. Clear directions. Best grilled cheese sandwich.Make sure to have your gate number and insist to be drop off there. Bus driver not too friendly.
