Very helpfull, easy to use. Just be sure when you arrive to not try to go through the delivery garage :), I did.

Parking van Hotel Park Inn. Zit achter poort die geopend wordt als je even aanbelt. Toetsenbord links naast poort. Auto gaat in de lift, heel apart maar werkt goed. Binnendoor kan je dan door naar het hotel.

Je me suis présenté 40 minutes avant le départ de notre TGV à l’entrée du parking que j’avais réservé (BePark - Parking au Park Inn Radisson - Rue de Hollande 4, 1060 Saint-Gilles)J’ai sonné au parlophone du Radisson et on m’a indiqué que l’ascenseur allait arriver et que la porte allait s’ouvrir….rien !J’ai sonné 4x en 25 minutes j’ai eu même réponse mais la porte restait fermée !Ensuite je n’ai plus eu aucune réponse !!Plusieurs voitures étaient derrière moi dans cette même attente.J’ai également téléphoné chez BePark au 028808371 : aucune réponse !Résultat nous avons raté notre TGV et nos vacances !

Parking complet ce matin alors que réservé...Cela a été moins une que je rate mon train., le temps que je retrouve une autre place dans un autre parking...Maintenant, cela peut arriver, plainte envoyée ce jour.... Si je suis re-contacté rapidement pour me confirmer un remboursement, je reverrai mon évaluation.

Ultra chere 4€ / les 45min

I was denied access to a two day reserved spot because of a car lift door that wouldn't open. Can happen. But then I was charged for the reservation even given that i was denied access. I mailed them to inform them of their mistake and had the eronous transaction refunded by my bank, thinking that would be it. Instead they sent me an invoice with a 10 euro surcharge. I mailed them again, repeating my story. They responded, lying that the car lift was operational all day. I then sent them my google maps history daya as proof that I was in front of the parking facility for 20 minutes before driving to Q-Park on the other side of the train station. No response for 6 days. Then another invoice, now with a 40 euro surcharge. I can't really judge the parking facilities as I was denied access, but the customer service is absolutely horrible. They take zero responsibility for anything and blame me for not knowing the person coming to the door after ringing the bell of the parking facility is employed by the hotel instead of by the parking company, as if that would be at all relevant for the fact that I was denied access and the billed service was never provided to me. So far contact with them has been an absolutely horrible experience. I don't recomend using their service.

It is easy to find the parking! The parking is very clean and extremely close to the train station.

Is it only available for Park Inn Hotel guests or public in general can park also ?
