Fragomen in France

Not reliable, not professional, unpredictable and put me in a perilous situation. Fragomen failed to inform me of my long awaited immigration appointment. I had to collect my things and leave France within 24 hours during COVID for a ticket price of 6000 euros! Basically the worst case scenario you could think of. Only because Fragomen did not check their email on Friday (it was not a holiday).I had applied in March and finally in September was given an appointment and I was never told by Fragomen. A massive deal! As a result my visa expired and I had to fly from Paris to the USA during Covid and was given a 24 hour notice to collect my things and leave immediately.Completely unprofessional and unacceptable as they gave us no updates because Fragomen lawyers said “I would rather give you no news that bad news.” Well as a client I would like to know what is happening. I do not think that is a ridiculous request to be told what is going on. Isn't that your job? I have no idea how they stay in business if this is how they treat clients.

Very good response time and helpful service

My company has authorized Fragomen as the main contact to help me applying visa, the case was opened three months ago, and now I received a wrong document they prepared than what prefecture was asking. My current visa is expiring in a month and still I am waiting. Called the office, no one answered. Didn't expect such unprofessional service as a big law firm.
