J'ai acheté le petit appareil additionnel à l'I-Phone pour compléter ma gamme d'une vingtaine d'appareils (je suis professionnel et travaille pour SIPA Press).Pratique à emporter partout.Très bon logiciel de traitement d'images .En plus ce sont des voisins.Un regret : la faible autonomie.

I have purchased DXO software previously and was relatively satisfied with it. Now DXO has simply decided that my software can no more be activated after switching computers, despite it still working well (no update required).Interesting way of treating customers. I have doubts this even being legal.

Super société qui propose un appareil additionnel à l'I-Phone pour optimiser la fonction photo. Plus besoin de se promener avec un gros appareil ni intimider quelqu'un avec un gros objectif !

Bisher nur überaus schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht.Nachdem wir die Testversion von Photolab 6 getestet haben, kauften wir die Vollversion. Dummerweise kamen in den darauffolgenden Tagen 2 große Updates die einiges zunichte gemacht habe. Seit diesen Updates haben wir enorme performance Probleme und zugleich Probleme mit dem Support. 2-7 Tage Wartezeit pro Antwort, keinen einzigen vernünftigen Lösungsvorschlag nach über 5 Wochen, das Gefühl das der Mitarbeiter überhaupt nicht versteht worum es eigentlich geht und keine Reaktion auf die Anfrage für eine Rückerstattung. PayPal Käuferschutz wird in kürze informiert.

Accueil pas chaleureux ..

Very poor experience with DXO. I recently upgraded NIK and PhotoLab4 and also paid up to get the Elite version. Just a little over a month later, they come out with PhotoLab5 and I get the same solicitation email everyone gets to buy it for $99, or upgrade for $79. Thought foolishly that due to my very recent upgrade to 4, that I should get a better deal. I sent an email asking if I could get a better deal. Note, I did not ask for a free upgrade. The answer is just no and that’s their licensing policy, no exceptions. I was a NIK user when Google had it, and paid for it when DXO bought it. They have no consideration for long time loyal customers.

I do not recommend purchasing software from this company. Against my better judgment I upgraded the DxO Viewpoint correction program and it does not work properly. This company offers no customer support. This isn't the first time I have encountered a problem with their software and lack of customer service. I also have made every effort to download the free" version of Nik Collection and unfortunately I have not been able to achieve this either. This company appears to have hijacked the free version and there is a bug in the installer that won't allow me to open it. Once again there is no customer service. There is no way I would buy the upgraded version considering they offer no support."

Déçu !j'ai acheté une dxone pour faire de la photo connectée à distance (camera - iPhone) La connexion se perd au bout de quelques mètres.Attention les 45 m sont une fausse promesse !
