Comfortable hotel. The hotel is modern with good deco and comfortable rooms. Our room was on a small side. However, I did not plan to stay in the room but to go to explore. And for Paris, that's not bad.The bathroom with the shower, tea, and coffee facility and safe in the wardrobe with the hairdryer made it even better.Bar in the hotel and breakfast room.Breakfast is very good continental style with fresh juice and a selection of pastry.Staff friendly, particularly Stephanie, on the receptionThe location was a little off-putting. However, we found places to eat with friendly people and streets very lively in the area.

Great hotel, possibly the quietest experience I've ever had in a hotel in Paris! Rooms were comfortable, clean and a good size. The staff were very nice.Location is great, with bakeries and a supermarket on the same street and a metro station at the end of the road (and plenty of bus stops nearby). I would stay here again.

Rooms are clean, and the bed, mattress, and linen are good. I slept very well at night. No English speaking channels other than BBC News on the TV.Therefore, we tried watching YouTube, which proved difficult due to some interference, so it wasn't great. The aircon was very noisy, so we kept that off at night. The reception staff were lovely and very helpfulJugs of fresh fruit water are left on a side table for customers to drink as refreshments if required, which was a nice touchThe bar area is much smaller than the picture shown on the website, and we never saw anyone in their during our stay.Breakfast was adequate hot and coldWe met a really nice waiter who was there in the mornings. He was very welcoming and friendly! There is no restaurant on the premisesA lovely hotel with nice staff and about a 5-minute walk from the train stationHowever, not in a particularly nice part of Paris

The staff were pleasant and helpful at reception. Room was ok but very small. The balcony had no seating and was covered in pigeon poop and we had the pleasure or a rotting dead pigeon on the small roof near to our balcony. The air conditioning in the room was sooooooo cold! Even when asking reception if they could adjust it they said no as that was the standard for all rooms and we were unable to adjust it in the room ourselves…the front of the hotel did not look at all inviting and I am quite frankly surprised that Eurostar have them as a recommended hotel… it looks like a building site entrance and smelt like urine… moving on to the hotel breakfast - it was AWFUL… don’t spend the 16 euros on it per person! We had it included but it wasn’t worth it. The selection really wasn’t great and it looked like some of the items on the tiny buffet weren’t even cooked enough (sausages looked raw inside), the scrambled eggs looked like vomit in a pan - not an exaggeration at all…The area where the hotel is situated in was horrible… we felt very uncomfortable walking around and not at all safe. There was trash and general filth all over the place - a really dodgy area of Paris - there were groups and groups of men congregating on the streets and it was extremely intimidating - the walk from gard du nord station to the hotel was easy enough but again it felt very unsafe. All in all, not the most enjoyable experience - we won’t go back… 2 out of 5 from us.

We stayed in this hotel as part of a package with Eurostar. I wanted a hotel which was very near to the Metro and to Gare du Nord. The nearest Metro is only a couple of minutes away and it takes about 15 minutes on the Metro to get to Gare du Nord. The Hotel itself was very clean and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. We had a terrace room but the door was locked so we needed a key to get on to the terrace. Our room had a partial view of the Scaré Coeur. I suspect higher rooms have better views. The room itself was small but but perfectly adequate for a city break. The bathroom was a good size with nice towels, soaps and shower gel. The room has a safe, hair drier and kettle with coffee and milk. The breakfast was very nice. There was a selection of teas and coffee, pastries, cereals, meats as well as scrambled egg, bacon and sausages. Some reviewers have said that they didn't feel very safe in the area. I understand where there coming from but I have to say that we felt safe. The street is quite lively even late at night. There are a few cafés on the street as well a couple of supermarkets and a bakery. All in all, a very enjoyable stay and I'd go there again.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff at reception cannot do enough to help. Our room was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had tea/coffee facilities/hairdryer/body wash/shampoo/conditioner and soap in the room. We asked for an iron and it was given immediately. The bed was very comfortable with blackout curtains and it was very quiet. Beds and room cleaned daily.Breakfast was lovely, a good range of continental items (croissants/cold meats/pancakes/fruit/toast) as well as fresh scrambled eggs/bacon and sausages. The local area was ok, a few people hanging around and a couple of locals that sat daily on the floor but we didn’t feel unsafe even in the evening. We walked from Gare du Nord but it took about 25 minutes so I would suggest either the metro or a taxi. (Taxi cost 13 euro on the way back) The metro was a 5 min walk up the road (Marx Dormoy) and we found it easy to travel to all the beautiful sights (tickets can be brought in the entrance) There was a supermarket and pharmacy a few doors down. This hotel is a little hidden gem. I would stay here again. Thank you

Clean and tidy, and smarter than a typical 3 star hotel. Very comfortable bed, great pressure on the shower. Convenient location. Great value for money.

My wife and I stayed here for a few days. It's located about 20 minutes walk from Paris Gare du Nord station. The area and people around the hotel can look intimidating at first but they are friendly enough.Overall, our stay was very pleasant. If you just want a hotel as a base to sleep, this is perfect. The room was comfortable and quiet, the service was great. There are two metro stations nearby, which we used to get out and about.
