I was cycling almost 3500 km as a pilgrim to Santiago de Compostela from the Czech Republic via Lectoure when I had a problem with my bike. It made strange noises coming somewhere from crank so I went to this bike service. The guy there left me waiting and worked on his business but never mind. Then he tried to center my rear wheel not on the stand but directly on the bike. It obviously could not help at all but despite this he asked for 20 Euros for maybe 2 minutes of work - I didn't have so much money in cash because I tried to save money all the way as a pilgrim. Finally I gave him 10 Euros which I only had and he was satisfied. I was really suprised. I was in several services on the way - in Switzerland, France and Spain. I always paid maximally 10 Euros for 30min work including complex centering, maintenance and oiling which in contrast to this case helped. That's my experience with this place!
